This is a small business with a big personality.!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Muffin... she was friendly and very informative about the grooming process that our Jasiri would go through.He was nervous at first, but I believe he felt their good energy and relaxed enough to go to the back. I highly recommend that u get your fur baby groomed here!?

The staff is fantastic!! I have a chihuahua and if you know you know, they handled him with no fear, his nails were done before I had time to sit!! Simon (the chi) acts likes he's done with life everything but the ladies don't skip a beat with him..Prices are best around and the quality can't be touched!!

Great experience with the team at Michele’s. They were kind enough to fit my foster pup in for a badly needed grooming. He looks and feels so much better! And the prices are very reasonable.

Michelle was amazing! My 1st time ever getting a dog groomed & I knew they were busy busy! I want my dog to get used to the clippers besides mine & I needed a trim around her face and nails & they did nails,trim,bootay lol, stomach and more and cute bows.
Cannot wait to come back!!!

So I'm a First time fur mom and I was super nervous.Shuga is three month old and she has never been to a groomer. She is a little diva and I called and talked with Muffin and she made me an appointment.I expressed my concerns that she couldn't see with her hair in her eyes. Muffin was so sweet she said just come by and I'll clean her face up for you. So I get there and Muffin was super patient and she was literally kissing and cutting simultaneously and she was so sweet with my shuga who was not feeling It and making a whole scene .The other groomers came over trying to calm her and help. They put my nerves at ease and even the patrons were kind and playing with her too .I can see her pretty eyes and they cut her nails.I can't wait until her appointment. THANK you so much! I love this place. They entire staff is wonderful. I have been coming here for years. This is the only place that my dog has not bit anyone. With that being said, they genuinely care for the dogs, and they know how to handle the 'special' ones.

I have been taking my dog Tiffany, a white Scottish-Terrier, to Michele's for about years now. I love that they maintain her breed cut and she always smells good when I pick her up. The price is reasonable and my dog loves to go there! I think she think its daycare!

Just call somewhere else. They aren't taking new clients but will tell you they can put you on a wait-list with 50 other dogs ahead and you just have to wait for a call one day, that could be 3 months from now, and hopefully you're available to drop what you're doing and bring your dog in. ? And even once you get off the wait-list it'll be hard to be consistent with scheduling appointments with them. But they are friendly ??♀️
