Update 1/17/2024No one has reached out yet about our missing shirt.This is written 2 weeks since my original review. I have left messages, and I still haven't received any responses or any return phone calls. I have still not been given back the article of clothing(original drop off was on ~December 20th).Brought in 3 pieces of clothing a week and a half before I needed it, and they lost a shirt we needed for my father's funeral. At first, they seemed to want to correct the situation. And offered to drive the garment to us when they found it. "Rina...sp?" Called me from her cell phone and said she would be in contact when she figured it out. I called several days later after the funeral, and she still has not returned my call.

I have used this cleaners once before to clean a comforter years ago. Never went back because the price was crazy to me. Decided to try them again recently just to press some items. Well I’ve learned that pricing isn’t the biggest issue! Now two of my items are ruined and the others look the same as when I dropped them off. I can see where they ‘attempted’ to press the items. I mean it is very clear. Because of all the creases everywhere! And why don’t they know where to place the dry cleaner tag so as not to place holes in a shirt! The placement matters depending on the type of shirt and the material. Ugh. Never again. Do not recommend.Services: Clothes pressing

We just moved here from Portland, Oregon almost 4 months ago. Still getting all moved in. We needed our new curtains pressed. This was the first time we hired Magik Touch. I met Jay the owner. Jay is a wonderful man, very nice, classy, very accommodating. I am so appreciative of a good person like him. His team did a excellent job on making our drapes look fabulous. Quickly done in a few days, more than fair what we were charged. Thank you Jay for taking good care of us. Jay and his team at Magik Touch are highly recommended by us! I used this dry cleaning service three times and will never went back. First visit you have to pay upfront for your cleaning services.Second visit was okay. Third visit they held one of my garment for a week because they messed up the fabric.I was told I would receive a phone call when my dress is ready no one called me. They were not apologetic when I went back to pick up dress. It felt like they were doing me favor.

Came from out of town to visit my mother and I needed a quick alteration done on a pair of expensive sweatpants. The seamstress was able to assist and provide a fast turnaround (SN: she had to perform this over someone else's work and she did a better job!). Very pleased with the outcome and I now wear the sweatpants more than ever because they have an amazing fit! I will be back when I come in town again. Thank you!

Reasonably priced and very professional. I’m always very pleased with the way they press my suits and uniforms. Staff is also extremely kind and accommodating. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
