Went to Kroger at 3pm for milk today but also wanted sliced Pastrami. Sign at Deli counter read back in 30 minutes. Asked Customer Service for help. A man came and said they'll be back at 3:30pm and left. He seemed to be a bit attitudinal and pointed out the sign and also appeared perturbed that he got called to the Deli. Why would a section be closed with no back up??Poor Customer Service. Unacceptable to say the least. There were at least two other people wanting service also. Guess I'll just go to Publix from now on. Train your people so it does not happen again.

They start closing two 3 hours prior to the actual close time. The cashiers leave their station and start chatting about who they are dating. I was here 1/12/2022 and it smells. It is honestly ridiculous the way that they conduct themselves in here. Worst part, there was a person of leadership in here and did nothing. They were too focused on register counting. Why? Because they are closing three hours prior tot he actual close time.

I used to go to Kroger once a year, when I got a $25 gift card from my work in November. A couple years ago Trader Joe's stopped selling rye bread, so I tried the Kroger bakery rye and it is excellent. Then Kroger started making the rye on a sheet pan, it comes out kind an "artisanal" blob. I asked the bakery manager if she would make it in a bread pan for me, she agreed. Now I have a standing order, I'm in Kroger every week buying produce and all kinds of stuff I would never have bought there before - thanks to Miss Belinda and her crew at my neighborhood Kroger bakery.

Wasn't a fan of this Kroger, not the most clean or a good selection of items. Fruit & vegetable selection wasn't the best.

New to the area and just started shopping at this location. I've been in here 3 times now and it always smells like gasoline. At first, I thought it was just my imagination. But the second time, I really noticed it, but said nothing. Today, I went in an the smell hit me in the face like a punch...even with my mask on. I asked an employee why it smells like gasoline and he said he didn't smell anything. I then asked to speak with a store manager. The manager appeared indifferent and bored as he stated to me that it's "been like this for years. The fire department has been here and they can't find out why it smells like gasoline. But it's not hurting anyone..." How would he know that? It hurt me, because it gave me a headache and I could taste it in my mouth. Needless to say, I cut my shopping trip very short and quickly left the store. I still needed a few things, but I went to Publix instead. I was wearing the wrong kind of mask inside today...I should have had a gas mask on.

Sadly this is the Kroger closest to my residence. I decided to go out on a limb a preorder groceries. 70% of what I ordered was said to be unavailable. Since nothing frozen I ordered was given to me I decided to park and shop for my missing items. I was able to find all but 1 missing item. Also every time I visit the bathrooms are a disaster. This was the last straw. Even pre pandemic this is disgusting and shows the lack of care but being mid pandemic I absolutely appalled at the lack of attention. This is disgusting. If I could give negative stars I would.

I placed a grocery pick up. My time was 1-2pm. I received an email saying my order was ready. So I headed over to the Kroger to sit there until 1:20 before I got a call saying my order wouldn’t be ready until 4pm because of staffing issues. I understand how it is being short staffed but I should of received a call before 1pm, not 1:20pm after I’m there to pick up my order. I advised the lady I have to work so I wouldn’t be able to come back at 4pm, that’s why I placed it for

This Kroger is located on Floyd Road in the heart of all things up and coming in Mableton. In addition to the store, this location does feature the gas station as well. This Kroger is starting to become my go-to in the area, and I live by the large Kroger on South Cobb, but still drive out of my way to hit this location mainly for one reason...product availability! They always seem to be really good with keeping their shelves stocked. The only issue I have come across is Sunday's can be a light day for fresh produce/veggies, I am guessing that truck doesn't hit on the weekends. The rest of the store, I have never come looking for something and not walked out with it, even on those busy days, like the day before Thanksgiving, when all other neighboring Kroger's are out of exactly what you need, this location always seems to come in clutch! To keep all those items, this Kroger is decent size, not the largest, but they used their space wisely and laid it out well. In addition to the normal and expected "counters" such as the deli and bakery, this location also features a sushi counter that makes fresh sushi throughout the day. They also have a sub sandwich counter at the deli, they are no Pub Subs, but they are decent priced for a decent sandwich when in need. A few things that are less exciting about this particular location are the service and cleanliness. I have never really experienced very friendly service here, not from the counter staff, stock clerks or the cashiers. The staff is pretty unpleasant to deal with honestly. Cleanliness wise, they could do better. There always seems to be stuff strewn across the floor throughout the store and the restrooms don't seem to be cleaned on a regular basis. If you aren't maneuvering your cart around debris in the aisles, then you are trying not to touch the handles in the restrooms. Overall, a Kroger is a Kroger for the most part. While this location has it's areas of improvement, it is still a solid store in a good location that will remain on my "go-to" list!

Twice in the past week I have shopped this Kroger and both times the attendant behind theDeli counter had a mask on with her nose hanging out. I see this all the time at Kroger but the person behind the Deli counter breathes directly on the open food. Both times I asked for the manager and told them about it. They may correct the person but they CLEARLY don't care as it happens all of the time. I call this Kroger the Covid Kroger. During the pandemic we have to take precautions to keep it from spreading. Eat food from the Deli at your own risk! As an update I went back and I am posting pics to show you the workers in the Deli who stand over uncovered food are putting us at RISK!

Ever since this location changed the store around they removed all Jewish/Kosher product items. Nobody can tell me why. Why?

Your employees are working together in a way to keep Lysol for themselves. I’ve seen 3 acts of this behavior. Do something. It’s not fair to your loyal customer
