So ghetto and customer service is horrible ! Be prepared to come spend $300 and bag your own groceries! 9/10 workers are standing around chit chatting and moving at snail pace purposely. they are constantly out of stock of things they know ppl frequently buy.such as diapers,foods etc It’s no way I should come back a week and a half later and item still hast been restocked and especially something that’s a Kroger brand item! Just can tell management here is poor and lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice and neat, except for that one time I had to use the restroom..other than that, shelves are neatly conditioned, can easily grab what I'm looking for, those self checkouts can be a bit slow , friendly associates and looking forward to shopping there again soon.

This pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever been to and the pharmacists are so unprofessional and rude. So slow I don’t know if they’re busy 24/7 or just bad at their job.

DO NOT EAT HERE IT's THE MOST NASTIEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFRIENDLY KFC EVER!!!
Came in here today to order thinking my food would be fresh got it but look at the pictures, not at all! The fries were over cooked and hard. The chicken wasn't fresh the breading was falling off and when I asked the little short girl in the picture to replace my tenders she told me no and got her manager the guy in the picture . He tried to argue with me that's how they all are and he could refry my tenders that I had. I told him no I wanted new ones and after being hesitant he did. When I went to sit down the tables had not been wiped I had to do it myself.

Yes, it's Kroger but the Mableton location is awesome. Store is laid out right and convenient with parking lot size ample.

Fine safe store. Have shopped here a few times. I’m knocking this down two stars because of price. If you want cheaper prices but same quality the Publix next store is a better option. If you want ultra low prices compared to the Kroger but a drop in quality go to Lidl or Aldi

The lights were turned off in the store at 10:57 after the announcement was made and that they were closed or closing. I reached the register at 10:59 from walking from the back of the store and I couldn’t make my purchase because they said the register already had been shut down. The cashier said she couldn’t help me because it was nothing she could do. .I just politely put the things down that I was getting and I walked out the store horrible customer service horrible !

I had the worst discrimination against TONY THE MANAGER at this location, they told me me go to Walmart and he threatened me and told me “ you the one with 2 items not Rung up” which I DID PAY FOR he was so aggressive I will never go back and he was a BLACK MAN. Treating another black women like that it’s sad and cooperate will be called first thing MONDAY MORNING

The Kroger refused to take my EBT card. Was told by a cashier my card needed to be used in a sequence with other debt .. etc. cards I may be using??! I believe she didn't know what she was doing behind the register/POS.
A 'manager' (Tony..) came to assist and it was demeaning and rude experience for me, a customer. to say the least. From a Kroger 'manager'.
Contacted cust, svc. so far no resolution. This isn' t the first time there has been a problem at this location either. It is managed badly.
Awful. Be careful at this location. Or as the 'manager' (Tony..) of this Kroger said to me "Why don't you shop elsewhere".

Had one of the worst pickup experiences here, do not do a pickup order here. The manager Leon lacks leadership and customer service skills. The employee over pickup possess more leadership and customer service skills than the manger. My order was delayed more than an hour I had to drag my toddler in his pajamas in the store just to get my order, all in thirty degree weather and the response I received from Leon was rude and condescending.
