“Where do I even begin. I have been to several T-Mobile stores and received decent service but yesterday (Friday) was the best customer service experience I’ve received in a very long time. When I walked in, they were pretty busy so I didn’t mind waiting. When it was my turn, this sweet, super cute, respectful, young professional sales rep name Davonna comes to me and quickly introduced herself with a smile. Davonna was knowledgeable, helpful, quick and honest. I was very shock to find out she was only 21 with that type of work ethic. Working as a Hiring Manager, you just don’t see that these days. I was very very impressed with Davonna. If you want a WOW experience from beginning to end, ask for Davonna, she will be sure to take great care of you. And to Davonna, any company is blessed to have you on their team. Keep of the good work, and continue to have integrity in all you do. You really made my day, and I was thoroughly pleased and extremely impressed. If I could give you a 20/20 stars, I would because you deserve them. Thank you again Davonna. “Great staff here, I was really frustrated with calling over the phone , it’s truly a circus. I think this was the best idea to put stores. The store must be doing a great job because it was packed!!! but when I walked in, I was greeted , signed in and told I could have a seat or look around the store . The staff was funny and friendly. My wait was about 35 minutes. But honestly, I pictured I would have to wait that long on hold with the phone so kudos young team you helped me with my issues and kept a customer!”

“I've had Verus internet now since Q1 2017 and the service has been fantastic. My HOA provided standard 100Mbps but I've since upgraded to 250Mbps then 1Gbps and that's the speed I get. It's fast. Really fast.The service is reliable (I monitor my own home via services like Uptime Robot and updown.io) and it rarely goes down. Scheduled maintenance is far and few between, done at night and is usually short.I've only engaged support a few times and responses are prompt. I haven't really had any large issues but they've been more than helpful with some recent lower IPv6 performance (solved in the same day) and once with my static IP not being set correctly.”
