“I have been with the Valerie Randolph Agency for over 20 years. I find them to be very honest and trustworthy. We get upset at times when dealing with price increases but must realize it is not them raising the prices. We sometimes get upset but must realize too that they are humans and trying very hard to accommodate their clients In working with Robin, Keely and Valerie, I find them to be very courteous and willing to help us get a better understanding of our policy and willing to offer options as well. I don't think they are the cheapest but in my book the customer service is superb!! That and their honesty is what has kept me with them for over 20 years. I am one of their biggest cheer leaders.
