A wonderful experience. Arrived when they were opening. Not much of a crowd at all I was service as soon as I came in. One individual was doing my jail manicure while I was getting my gel pedicure done. The gentleman that was on my pedicure was very receptive to my needs. Every time I asked him a question or asked him if he could do something particular he did it without any issue, complaint or speaking to someone else in his language after me requesting a service as if he was angry. I'm so glad I did not have to experience that he was very kind !
The young lady on my jail manicure did a great job she was very gentle and understanding and made sure that I was very content with the service. Both services at the same time took about an hour and 5 minutes. Which is a very doable I didn't feel like I was sitting there all day. I was very satisfied with the service. It cost $95 which was mostly normal and completely fine for both of the services that I received. The atmosphere is very clear and clean. There are several male texts on hand and the gentleman at the front that sits by the door I believe it's either the manager or the owner but he makes sure that everyone is getting service promptly and he is handling things as soon as you come in the door.
A very welcoming atmosphere Glad I did not have to deal with any issues. The restroom is very clean and presentable.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean atmosphere from the time you walk in the door all the way to the restroom.

Overall, these nail techs are not committed to providing quality service. When given the opportunity to correct highly visible mistakes, they instead will say they can fix it and intentionally not actually fix it. I highly recommend buying a gel kit off Amazon before wasting your money here. They may, very well, get an attitude and have someone else on staff half-do your fixing. They certainly will be nice-nasty about it to keep you coming and spending money for as long as they can until you morally correct them(you’ll have to explain why it doesn’t make sense to charge for something they did wrong)and then they won’t charge you.
I came here in support of my mom thinking she found the nail shop for the family. Michael did my nails but they were very poorly shaped and the tips had not dried before he continued, so the final product was worse than what you see in the video. And instead of fixing it himself, michael moved onto the next client and a different worker offered to fix what they saw. The video is after they “fixed” the tip issue I brought to all of their attention. Ronnie did my mom’s nails same time; 2 weeks later one of hers popped off. Ronnie was no longer available to assist her bc he would be out of town for weeks straight? and didn’t know when he’d next be available for her. Around the same time, mine were coming off with the lift of a wash rag. All but 5 between both hands had broken off before 3weeks. I refused to go back, but my mom is a loyal customer. When she went back, Michael half-did her nails the same way, not allowing the tip to dry fully onto the nail before moving forward, allowing a pocket of space(air that can cause water damage) between the tip and the nail. I attached a video from the day of Michael doing mine if I’m not properly explaining that issue. And again, someone there held me for an hour longer “fixing” the problem (forgot her name, but she was great in convincing me she could fix it). As you can see, it wasn’t fixed. Price paid was for one acrylic set ($125+)

Worse looking nails I have ever had i literally cried i don’t like confrontation so i said nothing. i just left as fast as i could plus i had my feet done as well but she did a good job. The lady took her time and did everything nicely but that was only 85. my total was 204 before tip. so that means i spent over 100 on my nails which I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t look like the person doing them was a Beginner then when I was paying the machine only gives the option to give a 20% tip or more that was 40 dollars so in total I paid 245 I will never go there again.

Lynna is the best!!! She's very friendly and does excellent work on my nails everytime. I dread when she's not there because the other techs I've had to use were not to her standards but were okay or not as nice. The salon overall is nice and clean. Most of my experiences have been positive.

Great great nail salon ! The wait was a bit much but LeLe was a great artist and worth the wait! I will return. I recommend making an appointment!!
Went back a second time with an appointment and waited 45 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me. I left and went to another nail salon- won’t return!!

This is literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Clumpy. Uneven, and just terrible. Nothing left to say that the picture doesn’t. Nice place but won’t be coming.

I desperately needed a pedicure for an upcoming event and happened upon this salon. Curtains provided cover for the bustling activity revealed once the door is opened. I was greeted, invited to sign in electronically , and soon had my feet in warm relaxing H2O. Ms. Kim was gentle with her efforts to make my feet & toes pretty again. I enjoyed the service and will return ?
