I had nothing but a great experience using Sharrone as my insurance agent for auto, home, and renters policies. She was always very quick to respond to either a phone call or email and helped me navigate the different policies that I went through while living in Atlanta. Sharrone, was quick to modify policies when I needed to add a new car or was moving from an apartment to a new home. I really appreciated how she knew me both as a client and a person. As my life changed and grew, she was there to make sure those changes were protected by Farmers. I'm lucky that I never had to used my insurance policies, but I felt confident that Sharrone would be there if I did. I would highly recommend Sharrone to anyone in the Atlanta area.
