bad experience this time before I bought some furniture in this place, I had not had any problems, now I bought a bedroom set, one piece of furniture came out broken, they do not want to fix the problem they say it is mine and my fault, the manager of that one was very rude store has no way lost a good customer.

I just bought this bedroom set and the dresser was damaged. I went to the furniture store and the very rude and unfriendly manager told me that was my problem. At the time of delivery the staff never opened the boxes. They definitely lost a lot of money. customer since I had made several purchases in that place to which I do not plan to return, I lost my money due to something damaged and they do not want to be responsible

I came to buy two theropedic mattress.. Tried to get assistance (Jose sales associate) didn't want to help or answer anything.. came up to the desk and there was I believe the sales manager, she was helping someone else , asked about delivery and other questions I had. Jose acted like he wasn't understanding any of the questions I had about delivery dates, inventory or any other concerns.. He has no customers service experience at all... just plan rude... Will take my money somewhere else.. won't return to their place

Floor manager Elana was rude, loud and slammed/threw an ink pen toward me which broke and the other manager asked me if I was going to pay for the pen.I didn't have a great experience on that day at all.
