The manager who always in there has the nerve to talk to employees rude while they were helping me and had nerve to tell me move out the way and and forcefully tried to come past me with cart full of stock off the truck, then i told her if she didn’t like her day job quit her reply “was i probably make more then you” not to down no one but you 55 plus unloading a truck i wonder why you don’t have any employees to do it for you smh i will be retired by the time I’m her age lmfaooooo the owner should be ashamed to have her as an employee

The atmosphere was perfect it was real nice . The workers all was nice helpful. You was able to find what you needed.

This is the nastiest, poorly staffed, unprofessional, Family Dollar I have ever stepped foot in, and I used to work for family Dollar. There is never anything in stock, the staff is rude and unhelpful, they act like they know nothing, or on drugs, and what's worse is the management is worse than the sales associates. The store is always dirty and unorganized. There is always something wrong with the freezers so the food just sits there spoiled so the store has a bad stinch through out. I live very very close to this particular location but will pass to go to another Family Dollar miles away bc I refuse to shop at this location anymore.

Let me just say the upcoming generation has pathetic customer service skills. I brought my items to the checkout counter and the young man working was visibly on the phone while handling customers. He answered a phone call and stopped ringing my items up, took a step back and was texting, and did not even other to say one word to any of the customers. I had to keep shoving items in his face to let him know not to forget to ring up items. I was not able to find a name of the store associate because he had a personal jacket on. I cannot stand when stores hire rude people with no customer service skills.
