Worst experience with a company I have ever had. I got into an accident and was supposed to pick up my car today. Was in talks with them all week and spoke with them 4-5 times today. I even called and PAID AHEAD. I told them I'd be there around 5 after work to pick it up. Show up at 5:15 and they're CLOSED. Not a single person in sight, gate shut, and no one answering the phone. I was told "anytime after 3pm" and NOTHING was said about them closing early. Now it's a Friday and I can't pick up my car until Monday, when I'm supposed to be at work. I've spent $60 on Uber's and will have to explain to my boss why I'm going to be late for work and pay for ANOTHER uber back to this place. I could not be more angry right now. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They will NOT be straight forward with you. Their communication BLOWS and who knows they will probably decide to close early and not tell you. Only god knows how this place has the ratings it does. It shouldn't.

I had a excellent experience with Elite Auto Collision. I received red carpet treatment. They work with my budget. My car was restored to it original condition. I was very satisfied with the workmanship. My car was ready the next day. The location is just minutes from Atlanta. The next time I have an accident I will be choosing Elite Auto Collision.

I stopped by Elite because it was close to the house and glad I did. I always trust reviews and he got a bad one so I asked him about it and he put me at ease that he had tried everything possible to please the person, but some people you just can't please. He gave me a tour of his shop and then I felt completely comfortable using them. There were mostly luxury cars in for repairs and then when I asked him about the classic cars I saw, he said he was under contract to the movie industry. I felt comfortable that if he could fix a Porsche, then he could fix my truck and left the vehicle. Plus I even got a lift home.

Would not reccommend! The job was not completed. Down time was 8 weeks. 5200 dol later my car will be completed by my auto mechanic due to the owner not completing the work. I have missed work and money coming here. Rather than have a customer leave happy which is the goal for most business owners you would think especially when ur almost done, he said he did not care about a review and was not finishing the job. As the review suggest on Google he is also rude to women. The shop is understaffed and the owner needs an assistant manager. Only good thing is the painter matched the paint well.
