If you call and ask anything the female associate answering the phone will hang up without answering anything. She’ll also put the phone on an empty line on the counter after, so every call comes in with a busy tone and won’t go through.

So pretty much Shalethia the manager accused me of stealing. I came in for a single bottle of $1.75 oil on self check out. I wasn’t able to check out because I had to unlock my card. I got into the check out lane the manager was at. I told her I had to unlock my card so I was going to use my cash which I placed on the register as she walked off without saying anything. I waited. Might as well to unlock my card because she has no urgency obviously. So, I went to the car to get it. She accused me of stealing something when I returned.She got nasty. I asked her to review the cameras because I don’t steal. I’ve lived in this area & frequent this store very often. She laughed and said she won’t sell me the oil. She never reviewed the cameras. She just got nasty & laughed. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. I don’t know how miserable it is to work at this location but the self hate & power must be getting to her.Just go to the El Tio or Family dollar. It’s a neater store. It’s clean. It smells better. It’s fully stocked. Employees are nicer. Thanks Shalethia, would’ve never tried the Family Dollar if it wasn’t for your disgusting attitude & power trip!I hope you all review your cameras from today, January 05,2024 around 6:15 pm. Thank you!Update: apparently the “manager lied about her name. This location lacks honesty & integrity. It’s a bigger problem going on at this location. I called Corporate, the district manager Kayla lord & said she called me & even included a fake time stamp. Then also why would you not call back? Liars & thieves.

Nasty never clean no organization store just looks a hot mess rude manager NATALIE and employees this is why I really hate this particular location it sad that Dollar General allow there store to represent them in such a negative way I will spend my money somewhere else and it’s a shame that this ain’t going to even make a difference I will be writing corporate with my complaint rating is a NEGATIVE 5

On Thursday I went to buy cokes and the cashier was horrible name juju he was very disrespectful and rude cause he didn’t say how much and I ask him how much was it and told me u can’t see it how much is it and i get mad I never will not go this horrible dollar general
