This pharmacy is terrible! The amount of time u have to wait to get medication should be illegal! They are always out of stock and the medication is never ready! They always wanna charge when I have insurance and the covers all medicine I hate it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS GO TO THE ONE IN TARGET. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR MONEY OR YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE LOL. I recently got a medicare on top of my medicaid and they didnt accept neither because "its already set in the system" and they were charging me money for my medicine. I went to the cvs pharmacy in target and they are so sweet like candy and they are really helpful and patient. They saw that i was getting charged for the medicine and they took both my medicaid and medicare and i didnt have to pay anything anymore. They also amswer the phone unlike this one. BEWARE

horrible, pharmacy sucks, employees got a bad attitude, hope this places closes down, these people who work here should never get a job again, woman in the pharmacy with the long braids i hope you have extreme diarrhea for your entire life the way you talk to people and treat them is disgusting

Better go to the bathroom before you leave home! They close them when the pharmacy closes. I’ve never heard of such a policy!

WORST PHARMACY IN THE HISTORY OF PHARMACIES. THEY NEVER HAVE MY MEDICINE IN STOCK. YOU NEVER GET A CALL REGARDING YOUR MEDICINE. THE APP OR WEBSITE SAYS READY. YOU GO THERE WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 25 MINUTES TO BE TOLD AT THE WINDOW YOUR MEDS ARENT READY. THEY ARE OUT AND WILL BE IN STOCK IN A DAY OR TWO. IT TOOK ME 4 TRIPS AT 20+ MINUTES A TRIP AND OVER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD ON THE PHONE NEVER GOT A PERSON ON THE PHONE BTW. TO FINALLY GET MY THYROID MEDICINE. I TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF MEDS SO WHEN THERE SORRY BACKSIDES READ THIS THEY WILL KNOW WHICH MFER POSTED THIS REVIEW. WORST CVS EVER. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Jordy has terrible customer service and he should not be at the cashier alone. He does not greet customers and moves slow. TERRIBLE. He needs to be a stock person or on the back because he is just horrible. I will not return.

I wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars. It is be far the worse pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. It’s like they don’t care that they are dealing with patience who really need their medication. The medication is never ready, then when you call, no one answers. To make matters worse, you wait in lines for the longest times just to interact with a person behind the counter who doesn’t care about life. It’s such a terrible pharmacy. I’ve historically dealt with CVS and have never experienced such treatment until I started using this location. My child has been without his medicine for 2 days bc of the lack
Of care and commitment of this CVS location. CVS will not get another cent from me. I’ll pay to go out of network before I ever visit this place again.
