I love coming here for my event essentials. I am always greeted with a smile and am always assisted with the upmost pleasant customer service. So, when I saw the negative reviews I was shocked, but when I read their comments, I realized most of these negative comments were people who were not planning a wedding, but were planning their own wedding. Brilliant Home Furnishings is a wholesaler, so yes, they can deny serivce and ask for your business name if you walk through their doors. I appreciate Iris protecting business owners by selling only to businesses and I love the quality of all the products I get.Unfortunately, I live 1 hour away (wish they were closer) and I appreciate the sales team double checking the quality and quantity of every purchase I make to ensure my order is good to go. They are an outstanding group and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend you stopping by here and see for yourself.

This is a wonderful place! Exceptional!I own a high-end event business, as well as a floral design school in Atlanta and have been shopping here for well over 10 years with nothing but positive experiences!The selection is amazing, always creative new items and Iris yes so appreciative and helpful!You do have to have a business license to go here because honest wholesale businesses like this protect their business customers.It looks to me like those who have left negative reviews are probably negative people and not surprising at all.

Best Flower Shop on veterans memorial for starters. I frequent this place often. The owners even know my name. Great customer service and willingness to help.The quality of the owners flowers are top notch compared to any other stores in atlanta. You will meet a husband and wife duo. Seems to be a family business but they are very eager to help. The husband is always was super helpful with placing my bags in my truck. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting florals, chargers, tablecloths, glass centerpieces, vases, beautiful backdrops and more. I would love to keep this place my little secret but this company deserves a 6 star review.

I went to Brilliant Home because I needed faux flowers for a big event and some of the reviews looked promising so I gave it a try. BIG MISTAKE.I purchased flowers for over $1,500 and I regret it.I trusted that they did a good job counting the flowers in the store (I didn’t double check which was a mistake ) and when I got home I was missing over 70 flowers. I called the owner and she said I could come by and exchange the flowers that were dirty (because they weren’t clean either) and missing . So I brought back the flowers exactly how I purchased them and the man employee refused to even look at them.I went to speak to the employee about the purchase and what went wrong and he was very nasty. He had a TERRIBLE attitude and started yelling saying no he can’t help me and I was appalled about how he spoke to me as a customer. Not only that , he followed me outside of the store and harassed me to the car. I couldn’t believe it. Wow.I want to tell others about my experience because if you’re quiet about it then they will continue to conduct bad business. There are other locations in this same area that sell wholesale flowers for the same pricing so check those places out first before them.

I don’t know where to start. Brilliant is my home away from home. Iris is always extremely professional and helpful! I love that we have a local wholesaler that provides the things we see online for an affordable rate. I have been shopping here for years and will continue to as long as the doors are open!

I would not recommend this place at all. They are not willing to work with people and will be very rudeand nasty after they gain your money. Do not do business with them. It isn't worth it. There are other flower warehouses in the same area for the same price and the people are a lot nicer. So try them out first.

Horrible customer service and owners are definitely rude. The flowers are dirty and they will still sell it to you no problem if you don’t pay attention so if you do decide to shop here make sure you need to watch them closely. The owners are also aggressive so be careful. Good luck.

I love Mrs. Iris, her sister and her husband. They run their business as a team and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the decor and florals that they have on hand. When something is not on a shelf that I am looking for they go directly into the back and bring out everything needed in bulk. I'm a business owner and have numerous weddings and events that I plan for so I'm always back and forth up to this store. I have seen them personally help me carry my belongings to the front or if my hands are full there is a shelf at the front of the register that we can put our belongings down and continue to shop which is helpful. There are also signs posted that there is no exchanges or refunds so no one can get confused and knowing that this is a wholesale place why would you want to bring any of these beautiful florals back. However, Iris is understanding and if something is damaged she will replace it if its immediately brought to her attention. There is also a no photos of items sign in the store being that yes their is a great competition up the street due to numerous stores. But I have been to them all and I can most definitely say that Iris has a great selection of floral and decor that no one else has on hand. And if she does not have it she most definitely isn't shy to order it for you. I highly recommend going here if you are a business owner.

I went on Saturday after visiting several years to buy flowers for our families gravesite.. the lady was so rude that she walked away from us to help 2 other customers! She then asked us what was our business! Mind you I’ve never been asked this? During the years I’ve visited.. and I’m sure I lost 20 lbs bc it was hot as hell!!
