Always go to this store and this day the lady whom is a new worker forgot to take the security tag off after i payed and then accused me of stealing like why would i steal from a store i frequent shop at I had no bag other than the one from the store so she told me to empty my pockets which was extremely rude and uncalled for sense there was nothing there like I told her for the beginning

They gave me a box with no wig !!! So unprofessional !!!!I paid to much money to not have my product !!!I will be calling tomorrow ! & I want my wig that I paid 4 !!! Y’all be trying to steal items ppl bought

Went in to purchase some color removal wipes and gel. Two Asian men were rude and 1 in particular kept asking if I needed help and if I was ready to check out. Mind you there were several customers in the store yet they felt the need to harass me!To charge 4.99 for Color Oops Wipes that are DRIED OUT is ridiculous! Then your employees are rude is unacceptable. Luckily I was just in the area so I stopped and won’t have to venture to this business again. Plus, Becky in the parking lot begging for money is bad enough on top of a store selling overpriced expired products.Do yourself a favor and go to another beauty supply cause this one is Overpriced, Expired and lacks customer service

This is my favorite beauty supply store. The owner Song is so sweet. All the staff and associates are the same. I been coming here for 15 years. If he does not have what you want , he will attempt to order it for you. Reasonably priced.

Buyer beware, they are thieves. I put 2 items on the counter and requested 1 item from behind the counter. I later discovered there were five items in my bag for which I had been charged. Apparently, when I requested the item behind the counter, the clerk saw it as an opportunity to put a small bag containing two additional items inside my larger bag and then put the receipt inside the bag. I only discovered the items the next day and realized I'd been actually charged. This was cleverly orchestrated. There is a no refund policy at this store and I can't prove a darn thing, but that was officially my last visit there. I hope the $7 was worth it.

Nice. 10 01 21: I went in 9 26 21, like I've done monthly for years. I bought 4 face shields. Beautiful shields. She didn't let me see the clear ones. Hmmm. Later that night, I noticed one of the clear ones had a scratch. She knew.
