I am a veteran. My boss gave me his card to get money out of the ATM. I needed change so I went inside and they denied me of change for not having an account. I will complain to the United States Army that the bank didn't help a veteran.

Stood in line for 25 minutes to cash recovery rebate credit. When I get to the counter I'm told they don't cash checks from the IRS for non customers. (Though I can overhear one of the associates say they do cash them for a fee) so I navigate over to the IRS website and it clearly says it can be cashed at any bank with or without an account. Either someone is lying or they're unbelievably incompetent and it's probably better I don't put any money in this bank anyway.

WORST BANK OF AMERICA LOCATION EVER!! The customer service is non-existent. I have walked in their twice over the last 45 days and not one teller was present. The 2nd time 3 women of color were in an office talking with the door closed ( they all worked there) and not one came out to say anything, not even a "we'll be right with you". As a local black owned business I could NEVER treat a client / customer like this. If you have no desire to do your actual job, quit. They need to go ahead and just shut this useless branch down and let those useless so called employees go figure out their lives elsewhere. If I could have give a 4th of a star I would have. Terrible, just terrible. Thank God for the professionalism at the Floyd Rd location in which I can always count on. If it wasn't for them BOA would not have my business account.

I was helped by 3 ladies and they were all very helpful and patient. It was nice not to be rushed and to just have a great experience regarding my account.

I will tell everyone I know. Not to go to Bank of America. You have enough ppl. And I have to make an appointment. That’s being lazy. Ur company is lazy. U have enough employees. Stop using the covid to have less employees available to help people.

If I would have come to this Bank of American initially to open an account. I would have NEVER opened an account. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, thanks Adel(sp).I'm not sure if people realize this but... if you dont like your job there are others.....

Slow service and appears to be understaff. Visited this place twice for service. First visit, systems were down to process any service. Second time, only one bank teller and waited over 20 minutes before leaving.

The notary here was extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in to get a business license notarized, and I had a few questions about the paperwork and business lingo. She refused to answer any of my questions, and made me feel stupid like I didn't understand English. She told me I should leave and go to UPS for the notary instead. Needless to say I will not be using this bank again and I would HIGHLY CAUTION anyone else from expecting respectful service at this business.

They would not cash my check, saying "the characteristics" didn't match, meaning they tried to pull the signature card saying it didn't match....I was able to go right down the street to the bank of America on floyd road.
