I am a veteran. My boss gave me his card to get money out of the ATM. I needed change so I went inside and they denied me of change for not having an account. I will complain to the United States Army that the bank didn't help a veteran.

I was helped by 3 ladies and they were all very helpful and patient. It was nice not to be rushed and to just have a great experience regarding my account.

They claim to only have one teller but they have ppl in the back and multiple ppl working in front.
