The other doors are much easier to push and I just overall feel so much better about living here while in treatment. Elden Galleria might be pricey, but it's worth it so far!! :)

REVIEW UPDATE: Elden's property management is really making an effort to help accommodate for special mobility needs now that they are aware of the issue. Everyone has things to learn and I value how the Elden Galleria has seemingly taken this on as a valuable learning experience. I'm legitimately impressed by how detailed of a solution they've come up with, and sincerely hope they make good on their word to improve the community for both my needs and the needs of the broader community here in Atlanta, which is rich and diverse in so many ways. (Will update review and rating if/when issues are fully addressed).

As an individual with mobility needs, I was initially thrilled to move into this community based on the glowing reviews and the promise of a beautiful, well-located place to call home. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment and a sense of being scammed when I discovered that the reality was far from what I had been led to believe.

Despite paying a premium to live in this community, it has become clear that my needs and the laws regarding accessibility for people with disabilities are not being respected. The doors to the building require an excessive amount of pressure to open, making it nearly impossible for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker to enter or exit independently. This is not only incredibly frustrating but also a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which mandates that doors should require no more than 5 lbs of pressure to open.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the office staff, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response. They suggested that having a fob to access the door should be sufficient, completely disregarding the fact that the excessive force required to open the door renders the fob useless for those with mobility issues. It feels like a bait and switch – they advertise themselves as an inclusive community, but in reality, they seem unwilling to make the necessary accommodations to ensure that all residents can access the building safely and independently.

It's becoming increasingly apparent that this community is designed almost exclusively for able-bodied individuals. While the units themselves may accommodate a standard wheelchair width, the lack of proper door functionality makes it clear that this place was not built with the needs of disabled residents in mind. It's disheartening to think that had the management been aware of my wheelchair use from the beginning, I might have been denied the opportunity to live here altogether.

I haven't even fully moved in, yet it's already clear, living in this community has been and may continue to be a constant struggle, especially since I am often unable to enter or exit the building without assistance. The promise of great amenities feels like a cruel joke when I may never have the chance to enjoy them due to the lack of accessibility. It's time for the management to take the needs of all residents seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that everyone, regardless of their mobility, can call this place home.”

“I’ve had the BEST experience from Tess at the leasing office showing me my future home and getting me through the leasing process I knew this neighborhood was it ( I toured a lot of other complexes prior). I love my apartment it is extremely spacious and I’m trying to decided to stay in the one bedroom or upgrade to a two. One thing is for certain I will be a resident here for a good minute. The neighborhood is quiet the grounds are kept up and the gate WORKS I feel safe. I’ve only had one encounter with maintenance and that was due to my hot water heater needs to be replaced, and it happened the same day with no interruptions besides the hour that they need to replace it. I could go on and on about this neighborhood, but to sum it up if you’re looking for your next home, this is it”

“My leasing agent Kaleah has been wonderful from the time I toured the complex to moving in she has been wonderful to work with. Always inviting, down to earth, friendly and available! The whole staff at Elevate are excellent and have truly made my transition process here exceptional. Maintenance has also been timely with completing my order request within 24hrs. Love the community!”

“Went to tour an apartment at Bellingham and I have to say first and foremost thank you to Cheryl for being such a great tour guide and funny as well. What an immaculate apartment complex, very clean, quiet, tucked away on a busy road on Roswell Rd. The furnished apartments are gorgeous with new appliances. Unfortunately apartments go pretty fast here so the place I was looking at was no longer available. If you have an opportunity to move here, don’t miss it!”

“I currently live here and just recently transferred to a larger unit. The complex itself is wonderful, love it and have no complaints. However the transfer process with Mr. Grayson Burke was terrible and so stressful. Communication on his part was non existent the further we got into the transfer process. I had to follow up with him on my transfer versus it being the other way around for an entire month. Barely any answered emails, no returned phone calls for an entire month. Each time I heard back from him (which wasn’t often compared to the amount of times I had to call and email) it was as if I was bothering him when I was simply just attempting to get a much needed update on the current status of my transfer. We even ended up moving past my previous move out date because he didn’t let me know (until I walked in the leasing office) that the unit I was trying to transfer to wasn’t available yet and needed to wait a week after my previous lease was up to move into the new unit. I love that everyone else that left reviews on him had an amazing experience and I just wish that mine would’ve been the same considering I’ve lived in this community since August of 2023.”

“I absolutely LOVE living at City View Vinings. The office staff Renee, Diana, Robbie and Fabrizio are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help.
Maintenance stays on top of everything. The maintenance guys are the BEST! The property is well kept up! It’s always super clean and nice! They have a lot of fun events for residents as well. If you are looking for a place that cares check City View out! I’ve lived in a couple other apartments close to The Battery and City View is by far the BEST!”

“The Tower at Dorsey Manor is an immaculate property. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Should the need arise, I would definitely want to call this place home. William and Rodrick are phenomenal when it comes to client/customer service & problem resolution. They are both honest, knowledgeable, diligent and very matter-of-fact about getting things done. They are an excellent leadership team! This is the best looking property I’ve seen in a long time!”

“Current resident, lease expires 02/20245 stars for Karla!!!Karla has been the most helpful, patient, and understanding person for our entire lease term. We wish we could stay even longer, but our family is in need of more space. Never had any issues with bugs, stolen packages, or anything of that sort. Overall we have loved living at Pine VIllage North.The community is mostly quiet, there have been a couple of instances where we’ve had to call police because of people screaming and almost knocking down doors during the early early mornings.Only thing you should note is the persistent smell of weed. this is not management’s fault, it’s more disrespectful residents.The maintenance is a little more iffy, i’d give them about 3 stars and i’m being kind. The only time we EVER had a maintenance issue was our kitchen flooding during the rain. They were very rude and said there was nothing they could or would do. While I understand that during storms and heavy rain it is dangerous to come out, the rudeness and disrespect was unnecessary, especially since it was not our fault… maintenance later told us that they drain for rain runs under ground and straight to our kitchen. They only fixed it AFTER that and because we complained. His attitude changed when he came to the apartment because he realized he knows me and we know and have a good relationship with Karla, the property manager.”
