“We love living at the Elden Galleria! As a family of almost 4, even the 2 bedroom is great space! The walkin closets & surrounding area are some of my favorite things! The staff are all excellent and super nice. Erin Gerety walked us through the entire process perfectly.”

I like how helpful the manager Kaya is and she is fair. Keep the community close and it will grow . I like the changes I see and I like the staff we have here . “Alhamdulillah ,good place to call home. Strategically located excellently in Marietta Ga. Rent is very reasonable and affordable especially around the area.Management are friendly and reasonable team and work with residents. I will strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice apartment and great community to call home. The Braves stadium is walking distance away. Excellent connection to the high ways 75 and 285 within minutes……..”

“Tiara helped me start the process and she was great. When I did the walk through before signing the lease, I told her of things that needed to be fixed and within 24 hours she had almost half fixed.She emailed me a bunch, answering any questions and keeping me up to date.There are about 3-5 people in the leasing office whom are all very nice.My unit is old and has some problems but I like the area and commute to work. It is gated and the gate is always working. The appliances are stainless, but in bad condition. They did put in new carpet which was nice.”

“Current resident, lease expires 02/20245 stars for Karla!!!Karla has been the most helpful, patient, and understanding person for our entire lease term. We wish we could stay even longer, but our family is in need of more space. Never had any issues with bugs, stolen packages, or anything of that sort. Overall we have loved living at Pine VIllage North.The community is mostly quiet, there have been a couple of instances where we’ve had to call police because of people screaming and almost knocking down doors during the early early mornings.Only thing you should note is the persistent smell of weed. this is not management’s fault, it’s more disrespectful residents.The maintenance is a little more iffy, i’d give them about 3 stars and i’m being kind. The only time we EVER had a maintenance issue was our kitchen flooding during the rain. They were very rude and said there was nothing they could or would do. While I understand that during storms and heavy rain it is dangerous to come out, the rudeness and disrespect was unnecessary, especially since it was not our fault… maintenance later told us that they drain for rain runs under ground and straight to our kitchen. They only fixed it AFTER that and because we complained. His attitude changed when he came to the apartment because he realized he knows me and we know and have a good relationship with Karla, the property manager.”
“Believe me when I say I Love Peach Stone. It's like my hometown except everyone has aged a bit since we were kids. Some have aged poorly and endlessly remind me of their struggles to which I nood and smile and do my best empathetic. If I think a neighborhood nutjob is the biggest fool in the world I just bat my eyes a few times and a bigger more robust fool appears.”

“I love everything about this area. Really nice and quiet. The employee were very accommodating and nice with me. And love how much light there is at night. I absolutely adore my apartment everything was great except not having any hot water from any of my sinks or bathtub when I moved in. Put in a request and maintenance fixed it so quick.My only issue is that I requested for them to not enter without me being there. They fixed the issue while I was out for work and I had no idea till I received a message that my hot water was fixed. I just wished I was called be first before entering.But otherwise great service and love the community”
