Love going to this beauty supply store. It reminds me of Beauty Mart in Marietta and now that I no longer live in that area, it’s nice to know there is a store with similar prices.

Customer service is nonexistent here. Lady up front behind cash register stares at people up & down as if they are criminals walk thru the door. This business doesn’t deserve my $$$. Owner needs to show that lady simple manners starting with the word “Hello.”

AA female cashier watching me in the camera closely and tried blaming me for opening something that was already opened. What benefit would that give me???? Too many other beauty stores. 1 star.

I was looking for a specific item and even though they didn't have it, Michelle called around to all their other stores until she found what I was looking for. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is rare these days. Appreciate y'all saving my gas and energy?

Very nice store with very good inventory HOWEVER, I don't appreciate being followed around like I committed a crime. I do understand that unfortunately people do steal, but that does not mean EVERY black person that walks into your establishment has that intention. I can purchase ANYTHING I want in that entire store.

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOLLOWED. THEN WHEN YOU ASK WHY THEY TELL YOU THAT SOMETHING WAS STOLEN THE WEEK BEFORE. I am an educator within this community, I give back to small businesses. I had cash to spend. It is not my fault or every other black persons fault that someone stole from them. I am even more disgusted at the reaction of the BLACK lady with the red bob when I attempted to tell her what happened at the back of the store. She explained that the Asian man has to stay in the back. But when I was speaking with her, the Asian man walked up to the cash register. My apologies for any discrepancies with the way I wrote this as I am still in the parking lot making sure that I leave this review. I am highly upset and disgusted at the store, the way that they have treated this community, and their care or complete. disregard when a paying customer discusses their grievances. I will be sure to give this exact review on every single platform that I possibly can. I will be sure to share what happened to me to every black woman that I know that goes to this store. I will be sure to let my people know that it is OK to be treated as if you're a second class citizen when you go into the store.

All employees and management lacks customer service and integrity. While purchasing a mesh head wrap for 3.17 THEIR system crashed during the transaction and I was charged twice. After speaking to Management named J whom was very rude. States he need to do research to refund me. After I showed them the transaction went through twice.I NEVER GOT MY MONEY-THATS THEFT. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP HERE CHECK PREV COMMENTS.

I purchased the wrong product and brought it back within 10 minutes, and the only thing say that the owner said was I cannot return or exchange, because the product was not sealed. As a multiple returning customer, their should’ve been some kind of accommodation. The owner just basically said sorry it’s the law and theirs nothing he could do! As a business owner myself when you have a unsatisfied customer, you should be able to help the customer the best way you can because the customers are the reason why the business is running the way that it does. I had my son with me and I told him right then that’s bad customer service & bad business!!!!!!!!!! I have spent alot of my here and I was sending all my clients to this beauty store. NEVER Again!!!!!!!!!
