My schedule allows me to attend the morning XFIT classes. They are fantastic workouts and I feel stronger and have better energy than I have had in years. Best of all, I love it! They are fun and push you hard. The coaches really know what they're doing.

My son and I have been taking Escrima classes with Suro Inay for a couple of months. Suro and the senior instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The instructors and other students make this a welcoming and positive place to train. I love that the classes focus on both learning techniques and practicing them in random attack drills. This martial art is relevant for everyday street defense if needed. We look forward to each class. The facility is excellent and clean. There are heavy bags and kicking pads everywhere. I appreciate that the mats are deep cleaned regularly and are sprayed and wiped down after each grappling class I've attended.

Love this gym and the camaraderie. Little bro culture which I feel sometimes plagues martial arts gyms. It feels very family centric which is great. The XFIT classes kick your butt and I typically burn 500-700 calories depending on the class. They also offer Muay Thai and boxing classes, as well as jiu jitsu. All the coaches are great.There isn't a huge focus on form for XFIT as the goal is really interval training (heavy bag work or person to person work, with core or abs in between) but they do incorporate some glove to glove or mitt work/pad work occasionally. It's a great stress relief for me - highly recommended to all!

Best workout I've had in years! I tried an XFIT class 6 months ago and I've been hooked ever since. I was a complete beginner, with no previous kickboxing or martial arts experience and the coaches were amazing at brining me up to speed. All of the coaches are great. I've spent the most time with Payam and he is one of the best coaches I've ever had for any sport. I love that I'm able to learn new techniques and get an amazing workout all in one class. The other students are incredibly encouraging and it's a really fun group to be a part of. I highly recommend trying a class, but be forewarned that you might become addicted.

Excellent coaches and mulitple times avaialable. I have knee issues so I can adjust the work out to optimize my growth without stressing my joints. I love that I can push as hard as I want to reach my level for development. I am very grateful to have found XMA. The coaches are kind and helpful. I attend the boxing, kickboxing, and x fit class. It is nice that you learn real mma striking techniques while getting in great cardio and conditioning. I love mma and being able to learn is such a privilege

Awesome place! I'm doing the kickboxing class and also personal training and getting back into great shape after a long fitness lapse. The coaches know their stuff, have great energy and know how to pace you. Ideal if you want intense workouts/training and excellent results.

This gym is the place to be! All the instructors lead phenomenal classes but Payam's are hands down my favorite. He greets everyone with a warm welcome and his energy keeps you motivated throughout the class plus he has the best music selection. I've also done one on one training sessions with him before my daughter's wedding and he had me looking my best. You really feel like family here!

This place is the perfect spot for small size classes and attention to detail. This studio provides multiple class times many times a week to make it available to most parents and children. The coaches/ teachers are amazing and patient and really are great at interacting with children of all ages. The classes are a mix of hard work and fun activities. My daughter loves coming to class and looks forward to the next when class ends. They offer make up classes and really have personable staff. I love coming here and think it's a great stepping stone for every child to get into.

Muay Thai used to be my life. I was a fit 110 lbs athlete back then and literally feeling like on top of the world. Fast forward 10 years later, I am 25 lbs overweight (thanks covid!) and not fit. I couldn't even do a single proper push up. I had trouble sleeping at night and my lifestyle has become too sedentary. I know I need to get out of this funk and be healthy again. I tried coming back to my fave yoga studio, started running, and signed up in a nearby gym to work out myself. None has been too successful. I found myself injured and unmotivated. I passed XMA gym on my way home and I couldn't believe that there is a legit Martial arts gym near my house and I didn't know about it! So I emailed Payam (the owner) and introduced myself. I knew of Payam because he was part of the same fight camp as I was before (though I was already "retired" back then). I told Payam that I was so out of shape, I am not sure if I could keep up with his class. He's very kind and told me to check it out so I did. The first week, I was sore with joint paint and aches but for the first time in ages, I felt the familiar rush of endorphins. The class is never boring and I am always looking forward to come to this gym. Payam runs a tight ship and his class is amazing. You don't feel judged coming to this gym. You can be an athlete or you can be starting out, you only compete with the best version of yourself with Payam guiding you along the way. Now after a month, I feel in the right path. I sleep better, the muscle memory is back, and I start feeling on top of the world again. I lost a bit of weight but I know it's a matter of time if I keep it up. The body is just different and definitely not as soft. Even my 7 year old son starts noticing the change and he is so happy for me. In addition to Payam's class, I also come to Muay Thai class with coach Ed. He too is amazing like Payam. He holds pads for his students and teach them good techniques, no shortcut here.

Payam is a great instructor/coach. I have known him and taken his classes for the past 20 years. He is an expert at his craft and you will be amazed at how wonderful you feel after the workout. Kickboxing is more than just kicking and punching a bag. You will learn "fighting stances" and how to really punch and kick as in mixed martial arts . Get ready for a terrific workout at any age, and you will sweat and feel on top of the world as your body transforms into a fighting machine!!! I love how my legs and biceps have tightened up and you will too! Come and take a class, you will be hooked!

Three years later, I still keep coming back! Wow, I can't believe it has been three years since my first class that I was instantly hooked! I knew I would keep coming back. All the coaches are phenomenal in their own unique way. Classes are hard but fun at the same time. Kickboxing (xfit) is not only an awesome workout to sweat your heart out, but it helps release stress and keeps the mind grounded. The XMA community is a family environment where we welcome and support one another. It's truly been my happy place over the last three years and I will continue to keep coming back. Thank you to all the coaches, especially coach Payam for all you done for us. I'm grateful to be apart of an amazing community!!!

So I will be honest, I thought that I hated exercising...but Payam has helped build strength and the confidence to keep going. He is a great trainer who works so well with even the most challenging clients ;)

Was looking for something to change up the monotony of working out at home during the pandemic - and this place was perfect. I checked out a few different boxing gyms in the area, but after my first class with ever-inspiring and energetic Coach Payam-- I was hooked and never looked back. It's addictive- which is exactly what you want when you're trying to get fit, right!? XMA is evvvvverything I was hoping for in a new workout spot, and more-- AMAZING, personalized coaching and attention (even in group classes!) tough workouts, a fun, inclusive community, GREAT music, and a clean, safely student-distanced setup... and more. You won't find a gym like this anywhere else in the South Bay... or beyond, probably. But it doesn't matter, I'm here to stay.

Best trainer ever! I've had many trainers over the years and Payam is the only one who comes in every time with a new game plan for the session to help me reach my strength goals. He'll modify the plan based on how I'm doing that particular day to minimize injury. Grateful!
