Don’t go here to shop there’s no room to walk around. It’s not a clean store anymore. The new people that works there now aren’t very welcoming. I promise don’t waste your money and time!

PATHETIC! I just went into this store to grab a few things and there was a young guy and an older lady at the register checking out someone. So when I went to go check out not even 10 minutes later they’re gone! For 10 minutes myself and others were calling, ringing the bell repeatedly and finally the young guy walks in 10 minutes later & doesn’t apologize and doesn’t help me with my stuff that’s already on the checkout counter because he logs into the other register so while I’m moving all my items he just stands there looking at me. Thankfully all the people that were in line wasn’t thieves, because they would have had a field day!!! When I went to leave the older lady was sitting outside beside the garbage cans without a care in the world! If this was my store I would fire these 2 people who don’t want to work, but that seems like a normal thing for dollar stores especially in Luthersville and Grantville area!

I totally shattered a coffee drink in the line of the store the store clerk looked super disgusted about it. I told her I’d pay for it if I needed to then she didn’t even know what I was talking about. So yeah kinda embarrassing for me.

This place is a joke. Went by at 2:30PM today, Sunday (4/2), and they were closed. This isn't surprising, as this seems to be the norm with them. On the rare occasion they are actually open, all you hear is whining and complaining from the staff about their coworkers, management, and nO oNe WaNts tO wOrk. Just close this place down and make it a worthwhile establishment.

Seems to always be closed! It’s been great having this store close for when you just need a few things. But if it’s not staffed properly or open then why build it to begin with!!

Have used the restroom here a few times as I have IBS D, but today the nice lady in there told me that they don't have public restrooms. Good to know. The Dollar General will let you use theirs just down the road. Have a great day

Went in today to buy some random items. My wife is 8 and half months pregnant, clerk monster behind the register told my wife the bathrooms are not for public use. Why then make a point to have any gender bathrooms and 3 of them to add to that. You all are idiots and I am assuming the person that drives the BMW that is always there when they close early is part of the reason just close the store cause you all are horrible at business.

Went in on my way to work to grab a bottle for water. I grabbed two because the larger one was actually $2 cheaper than the smaller one. The manager (Kendra) refused to sell it to me, stating it was a "penny item". I had no idea but said I'd pay the $3 for it. No !!! Okay, according to policy, items taken to the register, whether you do or don't know it's a penny, is to be sold, so long as you don't go find another item of the same once you find out it's a penny. Do better !!! Your employee is the one who didn't pull the item.

This new location in luthersville Georgia everything was clean and organized you could find what you wanted pretty quick owls are numbered and listed with items on the end cap I was in and out in a jiffy

I do not know who owns the family dollar/dollar tree or if it is corporate owned but this is the trashiest store in luthersville. I have been in there multiple times this month where prices were wrong and they over charged me at the register. I asked them to live by their price which I photographed and the manager refused and walked away mid conversation. When you go to any restaurant, store, doctor office, gas station; You expect to pay the price on the menu/tag, not for the establishment to manipulate the price at their will. That’s bad management and taking advantage of the local community.

First off let me start with the fact the district manager is very dirty! Someone you don’t want to work under for he will blind side you and you will no longer have a job but he will then make your separation notice say you quit with no notice. Secondly the store has gone downhill ever since he let the whole crew go wrongfully.Thirdly for the review written by Donna she is an ex employee who quit and abandon her shift but yet still finds it in her life to try to drag everyone down with her. She is very unprofessional and obviously has no life. She quit back in May and still seems as she has so much hate in her heart to go run her mouth with nothing but lies and rumors!!!

The Family Dollar/Dollar Tree in Luthersville needs to do better! Up until today, I have enjoyed going here. The lady, who is now the manager, did nothing but complain to customers when they asked a question. there was an elderly lady who had something that did not ring up the correct price it showed...she showed the manager where she got it from, as well as the price...manager proceeds to say, everything is not in correct location bc od previous employees... I ask this manager a bit later about an item, bc I wasn't sure which aisle I had gotten from before, and she tells me that she has stopped trucks from delivering, she doesn't know where item would be, she has to get all the stock out of back room, the previous workers up and quit, and that's why they were closed down for a while.... a simple, I'm new to this store so I'm not exactly sure where it would be or if we even have it, would have been just fine. upon checking out, she is at the register I go to...the price tag on one of my items says one thing, and it rings up something else. I explain to her that I grabbed said item bc of the price...she states that there is not anything she can do bc the system updated a while back(regardless, you can honor the price tag) and that bc previous employees didn't do their jobs, she is now having to get it straightened out...the sign on the door also states that hours will be 8am to 5pm until they have staff... there were 2 other workers there today, plus manager... As a manager, you should not complain to customers nor should you complain about previous employees, and please don't complain that you have worked 12 days straight... I understand it is a lot...but you, as the manager, should know better!!!As far as the previous staff...when I would go in there, they were beyond helpful, always had a smile on their face, and never complained about doing there job...and if they did complain about their job, they did not do it when customers were there!!!(I don't want to give 1 star but it's the only way to post this)
