Truck was slipping and thought it needed a new transmission. Dropped it off with him, he called me the next day and said you have a mass air flow code. Just clean it and it should fix the problem. Cleaned the mass air flow and it took care of the communication issue. He was honest and didn’t charge me, would highly recommend.

Wasn't able to have work done on the transmission due to time restraints, but was really blown away by their willingness to communicate and keep us informed as to what was going on. Seems to be good group of people.

I NOTICED TRANSMISSION SLIPPING. VEHICLE WAS STILL UNDER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT THE CONTRACT WAS ENDING 9/1/22. I TOOK THE VAN BY, MIKE DROVE AND HE AGREED THERE APPEARED TO BE SOME SLIPPAGE. HE ACTUALLY CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND WAS ABLE TO SET UP A CLAIM. HE DID SOME INVESTGATING AND FOUND A 2018 SERVICE BULLETIN THAT SEEMED TO ADDRESS THE EXACT ISSUE. HE RECOMMENDED I HAVE IT CHECKED AND VERIFIED AT A HONDA DEALERSHIP TO CONFIRM. I DROPPED OFF THE VAN FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT HONDA MALL OF GEORGIA. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL LATTER THAT EVENING AND SAID THE COMPUTER UPDATE HAD BEEN COMPLETED, FLUIDS CHANGED AND THE REPAIRS WERE COVERED UNDER THE VEHICLES. THERE WAS ZERO COST FOR THE REPAIRS. I PICKED UP THE VAN SATURDAY. MY EXPERIENCE AT HONDA MALL OF GA WAS EXTREMELY SATISFYING. I LET MIKE KNOW THE GOOD NEWS TODAY.I HAVE KNOWN MIKE AND HIS CREW FOR SOME 20 YEARS. OVER THAT TIME HE HAS SERVICED SEVERAL VEHICLES OF MINE. THE EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. MIKE WENT OVER AND ABOARD TO HELP ME WITH THIS VAN PROBLEM TO ASSIST WITH MY WARRANTY TIMELINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
