I've lived in Ludowici for less than two weeks and already have issues with my mail carrier. I was prepared to go to the Post Office today to complain, but after seeing previous reviews, it's been an ongoing problem that won't be resolved. I have yet to have an "out for delivery" package delivered on that day. The past 2 days, I've had a small but important package go undelivered because my "driveway or front door was inaccessible". That's total nonsense and a poor excuse for someone's willful inability to do their job. So, instead of wasting my time going to the Post Office, I'll just leave my complaint here and have future packages delivered to a friend's address. Of course, doing so will make it easier for them, and their complacency & laziness will continue, but there's little sense in hoping their procedures will improve.

Trash!!!! I keep getting we tried to deliver messages on my packages during times I’m home!!!!! After the time today said tried to deliver at 7:51 that came through at 10:01 pm!!!! Sun was out shinning bright no one came to deliver anything here

When packages aren't delivered on time, the list it as "no access at delivery"
There's nothing blocking access to our address! How is it these people are not doing what they are paid to do and still have a job?????

This post office as well as its employees are utterly useless and totally rude. The delivery driver will claim she attempted delivery of important things that need signature when we were home all day and she never came to our door. I’ve had packages thrown into the back of my husband’s truck that we never realized were delivered until months later. The delivery driver will drive into and through my yard so she can park by my porch to THROW things on it (we have a camera we’ve seen it) whether it’s raining or completely sunny. The guy that has been working the counter there has been completely rude about anything we’ve asked whether it be help or to figure out where our mail is when it’s been held and get an explanation as to why it’s at a hinesville post office when we live in ludowici (still no explanation just an attitude and talked to like we’re stupid) I absolutely hate dealing with these people. We are to the point we’ll just drive out of our way to ANY other location to get assistance. Lazy delivery drivers, rude customer service. This is the worst post office we’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.

Worst post office in georgia, mail doesn't get delivered as it's suppose to. 5:43pm and mail still hasn't ran, maybe they never heard of informed delivery and understand we know when something is to be delivered. The whole staff needs to be replaced, it has been horrible the last 2 months. Sometimes you get your mail and sometime you don't, it's really a 50/50 game.

Sadly, I have lived here less than a month. Our mail keeps being put into others mailboxes because apparently it's too HARD to read lot numbers! We have lost packages to neighbors because of this. I will take high action if this continues. ITS HORRIBLE WHEN MAIL IS CONSIDERED FEDERAL BUT THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE TO READ NUMBERS TO BE SURE PEOPLE ACTUALLY RECIEVE THIER MAIL. If they can't deliver properly then they need fired no EXCUSES!

Long Co, GA post office has to be the worst I’ve ever encountered. We’ve been here for 8 years and mail has been sent back for the address being vacant and no one lives here! Packages will say they went back to the Post Office per customer request. Sure, please take my package back on Saturday so I can’t get it until Monday! ??♀️ Or they say there was a vehicle in front of the mailbox, which never is and when you go back and watch on camera, they never even stopped!! Best one is saying that it was delivered, but never shows up in your mailbox for several days later. Please tell me how this is legally allowed to continuously mess and lie about someone’s mail?!

Mail often put in wrong box at apt complex pkg put in big box but key put in neighbor box was lucky itWas a honest neighbor and they brought me my package it was my medicine so it was very important
