It's a small post office. Probably one of the original from back in the day... The cashiers I've interacted with are not the friendliest. They're not rude though.

I pay 6months + box service. But having thing ship to this location has been very inconvenient to me. I get off work after hrs for the office to open for me to pick up my box. So I should have my packages in the pick up key box location. But every time. I get a yellow slip to pick up when office is open. And most of the boxes have not been too big for a pick up key box.I am so disappointed about this option. The 24hr access is great but this defeats the purpose of me paying yearly for a service I am not able to obtain after hours.

Not being able to receive packages ? through the key box method for after hours worker. Is very disappointing. I get off work at 5pm and I start work 7am in the morning. I have to wait for my packages until Saturday’s if delivered on a Monday in that same week. Not happy about the key box selective method of whom gets to use this options. Being open 24hrs to get mail and I still can’t get mail doesn’t help me at all.

I was in line at this post office and due to Covid only 2 people can be in the actual post office part with the clerks. I was standing outside the door in the lobby with big packages in my hand at 11:55 and the clerk (didn’t catch her name younger black lady) locked the door in front of me and said we’re closed for lunch. At 11:55!! They’re supposed to close at 12. I said how can you close while I’m standing here at 11:55 she said well after this next customer it should be 12! Highly disappointed in this.

Definitely the best post office I’ve used since moving to Georgia.. prompt and very courteous staff. The 2 ladies I’ve encountered have always been very helpful and welcoming when you come in. They should be trainers to some of the other postal locations especially in customer service issues! 5 stars across the board at this location..

I am so over this post office!! If you close at 4:30pm do not lock the door in my face at 4:28pm! Sadly this is not the first time this has happened!

You can’t get a person on the phone package was delivered open and how do I know what happened to it and call postage number and only can get the automated system.

I went to this post office last week and I believe the woman who helped me was named Angela Tiddle or Tittle. Well Ms. Angela was very friendly and courteous. Awesome customer service. I will definitely be going to this post office again and it’s a plus that it is only a few minutes from my home.
