I came in for a tire repair, but ended up spending more, because I decided to get the recommended work done, which I was already aware that I needed. I had a million questions, and they happily and patiently answered every one. They were very thorough in their responses, and as a customer and a woman who knows little about cars, I truly appreciated that.Also, this location never has me waiting for extended amounts of time, like the dealership does. My repairs took 2 hours, because of all I had done, and I can’t even get an oil change that quickly at the dealership. Even when there are other customers, it never takes long here. Came here with t the expectation of having all 4 tires changed but was told that only the front 2 needed to be changed. “Hector is awesome!!! Saved me at least 150 bucks just by being an honest businessman. I came to get a tire with a slow leak replaced but he told me I didn't even need it and he patched the tire up for a fraction of the price. On my second visit, I came to get 4 tires replaced and once again he took notice of my tires and recommended I keep the back two as the tread was still good. This is now the only place I frequent for tires. FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!”

“I had leaks on both passenger side, tires Tech found nails in both passenger side tires. He dug them out and plugged them both. I originally took my car to Mavis from where I bought my tires. They refuse to even try to patch it or plug and told me I needed two new tires. Thank you McDonough New & Used Tires!”

“Excellent service and care was provided by Tom at Barber Auto. Our car started smoking on I-75 in our way to Florida. Tom helped us through every step with detailed information on the phone. It turned out to be a seized calliper just like my husband thought. Tom ordered them right away after talking to my husband on the phone before it was even towed over. He recommended a good and safe hotel, and got us back on the road the next day. He turned what could have been a nightmare into a okay situation. The staff was friendly and the lobby tidy and welcoming. I hope the owner reads this review and takes Tom out for a nice lunch! A 5 star rating!Services: Auto engine diagnostic”
“I was insearch of a "doughnut" spare tire repair. The attendant saw the condition of my tires and offered a very reasonable set of used tires - they seemed new. After the tires were mounted the attendant, encountered damage done during a previous service. He suggested a location to get the damage addressed, repaired my spare and was very helpful when selecting a way to pay. I am pleased am will return.”

“Thank God I purchased the tire warranty and rotation. Air kept leaving my right tire and turns out I had a nail in it. Called Mavis on Morrow, Saturday afternoon and they took care of me in less than two hours. My tire was plugged and tires rotated. Thank you Niquolas for the prompt service on your first day!
