“I have got to give a shout out to FedEx Employee Pam Ray! After trying to get a live person on the phone to ask a simple question for over an hour, I was able to get in touch with this random fabulous employee on the phone. I am sure she thought I was a crazy person, because at the time, I was pretty close to it. I am not sure if she is the only real live human who works at FedEx, but if she is, they have a good one!
