Don’t even waste your time doing a mobile order. You will still need to wait 30 minutes. It won’t even help to go inside. Entire staff sucks!! They don’t even acknowledge you if you go inside. I will NEVER waste my time or money on them again. Do better or close. We didn’t even need you.

Me and my wife order that 5.99 chicken wing and there was not enough sauce on the wings.It wasn't dip in sauce. It was like a little bit sauce Sprinkle on the wing and we were disappointed

If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would for the service and the atmosphere. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE VISITED THIS PLACE IT'S SOMETHING. The way they handle their customers is unreal. The customer service is beyond unacceptable. SMH.

DO NOT EAT HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. If I could give this location a negative 1, I absolutely would. RUDE SERVICE EVERY TIME I COME HERE. It’s ridiculous who these companies hire to represent their brand…if they don’t care about the attitude they’re giving YOUR customers, WHY are they at the window??? Make ‘em’ drop fries or chicken…but NOT speaking to customers.

This location is always out of something and the wait time is just ridiculous. The food is no better. Every time I have been to this location my food is cold and soggy. I will just drive the extra 15 minutes and go to the McDonough
