“United Community Bank, as large as they are, employees still give that small town personal bank feeling to their customers. Lydia Autrey has been handeling my personal and business accounts for years. If there is ever a problem she usually is aware of it before I am and contacts me. When I am the problem and have made a mistake she has always calmly walked me through the solution to get me back on track. As an employer myself, I know how hard it is to find that Rock Star employee who is extremly Knowledable, professional, personal and has the wits to think out side the box when situations out of the norm arise. We told her while we in there that we wanted too add my wife to the account so she took my information and asked us too have a seat until the next available person was able to get to us! It was about 30 minutes before we was helped but they were very busy so I thought that it would take longer. We was seen by a young lady named Nikki and she has top management qualities and was very knowledgeable about the questions we gad!
