Debrah is rude, unprofessional, slow and has no clue what she’s doing. Lie to me twice and then get mad when I’m frustrated at you. Ridiculous the one in Monroe is better and that’s sad just saying !

If I could leave no stars I would!! EVERYONE (EXCEPT Debra and Jonathan) are stupid!! How can you let me drop off a prescription and tell me to wait about 45 min. They'll get it ready... Then call me after 45 minutes to tell me their either out of my meds that I've been filling there for years, or its a day is too early ... My husband and I both just switched all of our prescriptions to Walmart in Monroe... The Pharmacy Manager Elizabeth is a sweetheart!!! Loganville Walmart will NEVER get another dime from us!!

To start, I like to be thorough/honest. I finally had courage to see a psychiatrist last summer-always tried to do things on my own. I kept my depression secret for 12 years, and didn't want anything unnecessary through my organs, especially seeing my father with kidney disease, my mother with breast cancer/radiation/leukemia/stem cell transplant (to clarify, they never abused prescription medication). Alas, my conditions grew worse, impacting my Deans List GPA at Berklee- I never failed a class in life before this. In August, I was diagnosed with Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, PTSD and to R/O ADHD.As of December 2021, I was diagnosed with ADHD. The night before Christmas Eve, I received my prescription for Adderall and couldn't wait for on Christmas Eve- to feel better and have more hope/success in my life for Christmas, to be a good student again. I saw a registered psychiatrist through insurance, taking medication already for anxiety, depression and insomnia from Walgreens. On Christmas Eve at Walgreens, I was denied because the prescription was "out of range." I was embarrassed/disheartened. Then, I went to Walmart Pharmacy since my info. was already on file (I always went there for vaccines). The woman was kind, and saw my insurance approved; I informed her why "Walgreens would not accept it," to be honest/clear. She said she would see if she could fill it.A woman, possibly pharmacist, questioned afar, "What is his address?" I voiced kindly that it should be there. She said a P.O. box does not count, filling it to be illegal. My registered psychiatrist never had this issue with hundreds of clients (I eventually read there are exceptions where P.O. boxes are ok in GA). Workers asked where I went- I voiced everything was Telemed. He was through my counseling service in Snellville, him private practice; meetings virtual due to COVID precautions (good for my immunocompromised mother anyhow). The same woman came close this time, saying she won't fill it. Puzzled, admittedly tearful, I stumbled to find words and meekly projected, ".. wh...uhm...why?" I received, "this is fishy," "doesn't add up," "this is illegal," "go somewhere else," etc. When I asked if they would like his info./proof of legitamacy they said, "No!"Things became accusative and the assumed pharmacist began to, for lack of better term, rant, repeating the same things/pointing at the paper countlessly. I basically said nothing, confused, and she started, "you can go to another pharmacy and maybe they'll fill it illegally for you." I barely spoke, though she kept telling me, "go somewhere else! Go get it illegally somewhere else if you want." I tried to let her finish, yet had to eventually say, "I understand, thank you," for an end. I said it gently, trying to not cry,- she said "you're welcome" at least. She walked away- I said "hope you have a good holiday," and she didn't say anything. My psychiatrist called on the 26th and received "go somewhere else," repeatedly, he seemed a little bothered how she was too. Thankfully, he spoke with Walgreens' pharmacist after and there was no problem after all.If it was truly illegal, I understand- everything else is the problem. They turned me away, accused, did not try to help me with any resolution- maybe they thought I was a druggie/didn't want to help. The one woman was unkind to me and my psychiatrist, and suggested I do an illegal thing somewhere else. If she felt it was wrong, why give this unethical advice/not care if I "did something illegal" elsewhere? It may be she assumed things and didn't want to handle it, perhaps protecting herself instead of helping others/caring about illegal things-unprofessional and apathetic.I get it, there are bad people in this world... but there are also good people that are struggling. Do you know what it is like to do this to a clinically depressed person? I fee

Their customer service is awful. I called to get my medicine brought out to me on reserved spot 2. The person (Rachel) that answered the questions phone treated me like a child. Thought I was in the grocery section at spot 2, which I obviously got the number to call was the pharmacy spot. She continued to mock me and laugh at me on the phone. I came in to speak to the head pharmacist, but he was not in so I spoke to a staff pharmacist (Kristen Cooper) that did not apology and would not give me the name of the person I spoke to so I can make a formal complaint and she ultimately turned her back and walked away from me. I tried to get my medicine and they said they didn’t have it anymore. I’ll be checking into legal matters on this with my lawyer, because not “having” my medicine all of a sudden seems to go against a code of ethics. Dear Mr. Spinks and Kristen Cooper you will be hearing from my lawyer in the next few days.

I was shocked when I went to write a review and saw all the negative reviews. This place is amazing!!!!! To start, this place is spotless and very inviting. The staff are so friendly. From the moment of check in I was greeted. They have a box of mask and hand sanitizer. They have a television that shows all the different list of services they provide. It is amazing how affordable dental and even counseling is.Whoever designed the building did an amazing job. There's so much little details that make this place great. For example there different sizes from a cabinet with small medium and large holes for the gloves. Even the lighting is perfect. They have soothing colors and fun facts about health in different rooms. State of the art equipment like the chair you sit in weighs you. Everyone that I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and caring. I even had to have blood drawn and it was simple and easy. They want you out and open the door for you and tell you thank you for letting them take care of you today. I actually did not feel like a number but a person. The girl that Drew my blood even told me the reason they began. It's an amazing Story the owner of Walmart had cancer and was tired of spending money to the health care. He wanted a place people could go and not spend. What a great find!
