Pharmacy customer service is the worst. Guess what if customers stop going there you guys won’t have a job. This lady put me on hold for more than 15 minutes because she’s mad that I did not understand what she was telling me. ?♀️

Photo department sucks they REQUIRE you to sign up for an account B4 you can pay for your pictures and leave. They are such privacy hogs. This is just a move to get our information. If I don't want an account we should not be hijacked into getting one.Pharmacy ain't no better. I have award money showed it to her. She wanted my phone number even though I have the account information pulled up. She wanted me to once again enter my phone number. I did as she asked and then she said" you can't use points on prescriptions". You got to ask why make me go through all of that? I asked and she said it was so I could get points, which I did not ask her for. Listen to what the customer is telling you and don't do things just to get their data. I never established this account with my number. I am sure some zealous are clerk did a data grab and just establish one for me.

The pharmacy department is a joke if they never heard of the medicine they’ll say they don’t have it. I placed an order on Saturday was told that the medicine will be in Monday it’s now Wednesday I called about the medicine they told me they’re not able to order it because it OTC. This the only location I ever had a problem ordering this medicine. Do not recommend!

Edit: I was greeted and helped at the register by Robert, he seems so genuinely nice and just his energy made me have a good experience. It didn't feel fake or customer service-y (I am very guilty of doing that at work) so just the short interaction I had with him was very great.OG: The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. Had my passport photo taken here a few months back and they were also really nice even though she was very busy and customers were being really rude to her she smiled and kept on.I have not had a bad experience here, and every employee I've interacted with has been really pleasant and nice.

Managers post job offerings for positions that have better opportunities like the pharmacy tech apprentice then try to lure you into a much lower paying part time position and say that they will have better openings "soon". Why would anyone post an opening for that position less than 24 hours ago if it's not available? Because they're preying on people, those openings will never come do not let these people waste your life with promises of the future. If that isn't illegal they should make it.
