This pharmacy is literally the worst I have dealt with, ever. When you call about a prescription, they tell you they have it in stock. Then you get a notification that they had to order it because they don’t have it in stock. If you call about this miscommunication/complete screen up, they will just lie and say no one ever told you it was there. (This exact scenario has now happened to me 3 different times.) They will lie and say they don’t have something, then your doctor will call and they tell her they do have it. Then you get another “we had to order it” notification. Also, they never actually order the medicine, but never tell you that, just let you think it’s on its way. Even my doctor found them rude, dismissive, and incompetent. Go somewhere else if you can. Seriously.

Really rude pharmacy technicians. They have no patience for their customers whatsoever.

after surgery I went to get a prescription filled. They told me 2 hours. I knew I would be in pain by then but said whatever. Then two hours later I send my husband to get the prescription and they tell me they couldn’t cover it through insurance bc my insurance doesn’t cover it at their store. Ok so why didn’t you all me and inform me of this so that I could have made. The decision at that time Now my husband is going to another pharmacy and I’ll have to wait on mu prescription. This was ridiculous and I’m in so much pain!

Pharmacy with the worst customer service in town.. I recommend this pharmacy HELL NO they text you prescription ready for pick up and you get there and waited 40 min it's not even ready they told me to come back I came back and still not ready but I received the notification it's ready .. the pharmacist clerk was extremely rude like she didn't want to be there maybe because it was around 15 cars waiting for service

Sloooooooooowwww!!!! It would be different, a little, if they just acknowledged your presence…but they don’t…. And if they were paid by the customer, they might move faster… maybe… Sigh, there’s a very long line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions… I’m going to find a different place… I just can’t take this anymore, I don’t have time for this…

This pharmacy does not acknowledge customers at the drive thru window for upwards of 15 minutes. They are not courteous and could care less about customer service. I'm pulling all of my scripts and moving them to CVS and Costco.

Horrible Horrible horrible! Their customer service is horrible! Always a long a wait time in or out of the drive thru you are waiting at least 40 minutes, and then go inside to drop it off is no better you are waiting in line for 15 minutes or more they are very unprofessional and disorganized I switched to Publix could not take it anymore!

Twice came here for the vaccine for a family member. Both times had a reservation. After signing in have to wait 45 minutes to get the shot. Why even have a reservation? Zero reason for the wait. I had mine at another pharmacy with a 5 minute wait. This pharmacy is awful.

HERE IT IS: worst. walgreens. ever. Check out the call time on the attached image. After 45 minutes I literally drove to the store because I got so tired of the hold music on the phone. Parked the car. Went inside. The ppl in the pharmacy were doing NOTHING. Avoiding picking up the phone that was blinking red (with me on hold). I was going to lose my on them, but I stopped myself. Life is too short to waste time explaining to these halfwits how much they suck. I got in my car, drove across the street to CVS and never looked back. switched my prescriptions, convinced family members to do the same. Do yourself a favor: skip the Walgreens disappointment and go to the CVS across the street instead -- ask for Wolfman in the pharmacy (I'm not kidding)

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They are always slow and disorganized. They never have my birth control in stock even though I get is EVERY month and that's really not something that I need to be starting late. I recently switched my insurance so I have to come here. Next year I'm literally switching insurance companies just so I don't have to come here anymore. The employees are always rude and never friendly. They seem impatient if I ask them something. They don't notify me when they are out of something and just delay when I can pick it up. When I asked the guy said 'we don't do that here.' I told him so you can't have the decency to call or send and update that my prescription is delayed or give me an option for a generic or something else??? I can't wait until I can switch back to the Publix pharmacy.

As a professional trying to work with this pharmacy regarding patients time sensitive prescriptions, pharmacist DIPO has been so unprofessional and rude that I will be advising all of my patients to change pharmacies. Some people just aren't meant for the medical profession.

I have to give a shout out to tonights amazing pharmacy staff at this location! (a very special thank you to Dalelene) We were caught off guard tonight by a toddler with a 103.5 fever and after spending an hour and 15 mins at urgent care, we left with a prescription for ear and upper respiratory infections. All the pharmacies in the area had closed at 8 or 9PM. Walgreens pharmacy in Loganville is open until 10PM. We left the urgent care at 945PM and I called to ask if we would be able to get a prescription filled for our sons infection and the voice on the other line said yes, just come to the drive thru! I was ecstatic! We pulled up to the drive thru and Dalelene asked for our insurance and if she had just spoke to us on the phone, we told her yes that was us. She took the prescription, we made our copay and we had our medicine by 10PM! I am beyond impressed with and so thankful for the customer service and care these individuals took to help us at a desperate time! Our son is asleep soundly thanks to you and your care

Clean store. Well stocked. Customer service lacks some basic skills. Every time I walk up to someone, they point in a random direction while I ultimately end up searching myself.

So I have been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Took them 10 to even say hello. Then they have something wrong in their system which is causing the price of my refill to increase by 125%. So I sit almost 10 more minutes ( over 30 now) when he asks me to loop around the building so he can wait on the people behind me and then he can figure out the computer issue. Really? So I get to wait even longer because you are having an issue?? Wow!
