The Worst Experience but typical business BSI had appointment 6/9 @ 3pm and i did arrive 5-7 minutes late, my fault. Went to sign in on the computer and it tells me its too late to sign in for you appoint because I'm 5-7 minutes late. Says I need to speak to physician. So I sit in seat at right at clinic for 10+ minutes and nobody comes or comes out from hiding in the rooms/officeReally I'm too late for 5-7 minutes. Every time I come to the Walgreens clinics you're kept waiting after your appointment time by 5-10 minutes while they finish up with previous appointment. But thats OK that you wait on them, but omg you're 5-7 minutes late and they cancel you. Then you wait 10+ minutes to spek to physician and nowhere to be found. My next appointment I promise Piedmont clinc that at my appointment time, I'm banging on the door and the previous appointment is DONE and its my appointment time.Im sure that wont go well but hey this is obviously the way they want it. Can't be late because your appointment starts on time no latenessA couple walked up while I'm sitting there waitingThe guy tried signing in and computer tells him his apointment is @ 4pm and he tells the lady he came with and shes like no its not its @ 3:30pm. The physican comes out and he explains his appointment should 3:30pm but computer say 4pm. The rude physician tells him "its not 3:30pm yet". Really thats not what he asked he asked why the computer sats 4pm and not 3:30pm. The rude physician tells him again "its not 3:30pm yet" and his appointment is @ 4pm.Wow she hates her job and has no business in this line of compansionate work. The Walgreens associate asked me if I'm going to talk to her.I told him why, she doesnt bother to ask me if I need help, She didnt bother to come out to see if the 3om apoinment sowed upNext time, Im banging the Fn door at my appointment time and making the biggest scene i can demanding my appoinment is now.

Really rude pharmacy technicians. They have no patience for their customers whatsoever.

Went after a positive covid test running a 102.7 degree fever. Requested Paxlovid by name, stating that I am T2D and my wife is immunocompromised due to cancer.NP wrote "Reason for Visit: Cough" - I don't have a cough, at all. I have covid, with positive covid symptoms. I paid the absurd out-of-pocket $111 for the visit, and was flat out denied medication for my sickness. I am now on day 4 of 101+ degree fevers. If I had gone to a telehealth website, I could have gotten the medication I needed for $49.99.Do better Walgreens. This is not okay.

Twice came here for the vaccine for a family member. Both times had a reservation. After signing in have to wait 45 minutes to get the shot. Why even have a reservation? Zero reason for the wait. I had mine at another pharmacy with a 5 minute wait. This pharmacy is awful.

HERE IT IS: worst. walgreens. ever. Check out the call time on the attached image. After 45 minutes I literally drove to the store because I got so tired of the hold music on the phone. Parked the car. Went inside. The ppl in the pharmacy were doing NOTHING. Avoiding picking up the phone that was blinking red (with me on hold). I was going to lose my on them, but I stopped myself. Life is too short to waste time explaining to these halfwits how much they suck. I got in my car, drove across the street to CVS and never looked back. switched my prescriptions, convinced family members to do the same. Do yourself a favor: skip the Walgreens disappointment and go to the CVS across the street instead -- ask for Wolfman in the pharmacy (I'm not kidding)

Let me start by saying that if the rating were based simply on my experience in the clinic, I would have given 5 stars. The practitioner was lovely and I was in and out quickly. My issues are with Piedmont Healthcare and the billing process. Before going in for my shingles shot, I went on GoodRX and found that most of the pharmacies in the area had a coupon for the shot..around $155-$165. Kroger, Publix, CVS etc. Walgreens was $165 but since it was convenient to me, that is where I went. The Walgreens clinic web page shows the Shingrix shot at $181. I presented my coupon when I signed into the clinic. I was told insurance would be billed and they would see if it would pay. I told them I didn't think it would, but to go ahead and file it and we would see. I wasn't ever told that to use the coupon, I had to have my shot at the pharmacy..not the clinic..which is located inside of Walgreens. 7 weeks later I received a bill for $603 which is the amount they billed my insurance and that insurance rejected. When I called Piedmont billing, I was told that $603 was just what they billed insurance and they would adjust it down to $181. I asked about using my coupon..which was the reason I went to Walgreens in the first place, and was told very arrogantly that I'd already received a 70% discount and that was all they would do. Well just because they gouged the insurance company and charged 4 times the going rate, doesn't mean I received at 70% discount. I did NOT receive a discount..they clearly show the price on their website at $181. Anyway, the Shingrix vaccine requires two shots taken 2-6 months apart. I guess they would've charged my insurance company over $1200 for both. I believe Piedmont Healthcare is what is wrong with our healthcare system..it's why our healthcare cost so much, and why insurance is so expensive.

WOW! I am SUPER impressed with my visit. Very thorough. Very nice. Listened and explained well and really cared. I would go back to this Minute Clinic in a heart beat and I'm pretty picky! I wouldn't hesitate to go back at all.

I have to give a shout out to tonights amazing pharmacy staff at this location! (a very special thank you to Dalelene) We were caught off guard tonight by a toddler with a 103.5 fever and after spending an hour and 15 mins at urgent care, we left with a prescription for ear and upper respiratory infections. All the pharmacies in the area had closed at 8 or 9PM. Walgreens pharmacy in Loganville is open until 10PM. We left the urgent care at 945PM and I called to ask if we would be able to get a prescription filled for our sons infection and the voice on the other line said yes, just come to the drive thru! I was ecstatic! We pulled up to the drive thru and Dalelene asked for our insurance and if she had just spoke to us on the phone, we told her yes that was us. She took the prescription, we made our copay and we had our medicine by 10PM! I am beyond impressed with and so thankful for the customer service and care these individuals took to help us at a desperate time! Our son is asleep soundly thanks to you and your care

Clean store. Well stocked. Customer service lacks some basic skills. Every time I walk up to someone, they point in a random direction while I ultimately end up searching myself.

Went there to get passport photos done. Took total of 45 minutes. The shift lead Pauline was not overtly friendly; rather she seemed annoyed to have been pulled away from her stocking adventures in the aisles. She never explained what she was doing or why we had to wait; she just turned her back on us and worked. She was asked to ring up the two sets of photos separately, but failed to do so. When it was stated by us that we wanted them separated she copped an aggressive you're not right attitude with us. Clearly unfriendly and unprofessional behavior that makes customers feel like they are an inconvenient nuisance.

I know everyone in the store, and they are awesome. The Pharmacist is awesome. Samen is the best Pharmacist in Loganville. The Pharmacy prices are comparable, and if you need Rx help, he is the one to go too!
