This store was the best store I have ever been to!!! Marie was immediately there to help, she walked me through the whole process, made me feel very comfortable since this was my first time doing this by myself! She didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything and I left happier than I came in! I cannot wait to come back and have her help me! He attitude & eagerness to help was something that could not be matched!!!! She is the BEST

Service at the store was okay. My experience with their online customer service was horrible. I tried purchasing phones online for the family. After a very long process I finally got through. The phones would arrive one week later. So we asked if we could pick up the phones from the store. The agent pretended to cancel the phones and went ahead to order new phones. My credit card was charged twice for two sets of phones; a total of six phones. Then I was slapped with several hidden fees. In no time the maxed out my credit card. I tried cancelling the first order. That was a long and harduous process. After three weeks of wasted time trying to settle the issues I returned the phones we picked up at the store. Verizon turned around and again charged us. Charges that I disputed for a while then stopped wasting time with them. At the moment approximately is $500 collections. My credit score took a big hit thanks to Verizon. I will dispute this amount when I have time to waste. One thing I am sure of, I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT BUILDS ITS WEALTH BY PREDATORY PRACTISES.

Sebastian was super helpful and very friendly!! 10/10 service from him. He was helpful in transferring lines over accounts and did the most to make sure we were taken care of.
