I have had a po box for years i always recieve a notice in box when rent is due. No notice and no mail anymore. no notice and key still opens box. tried to pay this morning and payment refused. had to rent a new box. tthe service is terrible and i dont understand why i cant have old box which my key still fits.

The filthiest & unkept post office I’ve been in. Also, broken box mailer for weeks. The “self service” mailing machine is frequently out of order. Often out of mailers. What’s happening here??
