I went to get an oil change and they were very attentive and not only did my car got the oil change, also the engine filter and they checked the A/X filter as well. They offered me coupons and answered all my questions with so much detail and very nicely. The manager was there the entire time. I was even given a bottle of water. All of them were so nice, attentive and polite I left satisfied, impressed and happy. Not only great service but also they encouraged savings. Thank you and I am sorry I forgot your names.

YOOO!!! ATTENTION LOGANVILLE!!! If you need an oil change (if it’s been 5k miles or more since your last, you need one) there is really only one place you should consider in Loganville. TAKE 5 Loganville, ran by Tommy and his crew of extraordinary gentleman, is SECOND TO NONE. Extremely laid back, quick, professional, and zero nonsense. Had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and all my fluids were topped off, tire pressures were checked and windshield was washed. There are several places in Loganville to get an oil change but if you go anywhere other than Take 5 you are wasting your time and your money, PERIOD.

Had a great experience with getting my oil change. Jaylen, Carson, and Elijah were helpful with discussing problems about my car and gave some advice on what to do next. They did the work in a timely manner and felt welcomed!

Next time I’ll just go to the dealership because they were offering $20 oil changes.
This was my first time here and I was being treated like a regular customer. I let the associate know it was my first time here. Once I saw the chart with the prices I was like nvm. $80 plus for an oil change on a 2013 Honda civic is crazy. I let the associate know I didn’t want the oil change and come to find out they already emptied the oil. So I basically had no choice. They discounted the price and the total came to $72. They’re fast, but I wish they confirmed the prices were okay with the customer before emptying their oil.

Tommy and his crew were really nice! Jokesters while also working to get the job done in an efficient manner! Very patient and waited for me to find my coupon and even checked my carb and filter to let me know that there wasn’t even one inside?. Will definitely be returning I appreciate them

I came today because I was a little overdue for an oil change. I first went to Walmart and they told me they couldn’t service me because there was no oil on the dipstick and that it was apart of the Walmart “policy”. At 5:30 now I’m looking to see where and who can change my oil because I didn’t want to drive my car, called Take5, they immediately took me. One of the guys gave me a fan while I waited due to my car being off and I was able to get great recommendations on what needed to be replaced 10/10. Thank yall.

I visited here for the first time on Saturday to have my oil changed. Which was done in a very timely manner and staff was real nice! The manager Tommy was also exceptionally helpful and nice. While there, Tommy stopped by and we talked about a few other issues (my windshield wiper blades) and he helped me with getting those changed as well! 10/10 recommend and will be returning with all my basic car needs!

I had my oil changed here yesterday and they were so nice. The manager stopped by to see how it was going and took extra time to answer my many questions. My car is older and I had a list of things from the dealership that needed to be fixed and limited funds. Tommy, the manager helped me prioritize what had to be done. He was honest and I felt no pressure to buy. His prices were considerably lower than the dealership. He did not rush me and answered every question. I will go here every time for my oil changes. I felt very comfortable

Beyond disappointed. The company tightened my oil cap too tight for another mechanic to remove it. Went to Take 5 to remove the oil cap. They said they would need to put more oil in the car. I had brought the oil I was planning to use for my oil change. The manager removed the plug and said it would be no charge. At no point prior to removing the oil plug did he mention he had a service charge. If he had, I would have found another solution. Nevertheless, he then filled my car with the oil I bought and charged me $50. The last time I came to Take5 and used their oil, they charged me $70. So why did they not inform me of the price prior to removing the plug and why is the price so close to the cost of a normal oil change? Further, when approaching the manager afterward, he outright encouraged me to go to corporate. Apparently, customers don't matter to him. If the oil cap had not been on so tight, I would have been able to use another mechanic, but instead I returned thinking Take5 would correct the problem they caused. I recently lost my job and I'm tight on money. Instead of spending, at most, $70 on an oil change, the "service fee" + the oil I bought from Costco cost me more than $100. Last but not least, the "15 minute service" took much longer. While I may have considered returning to them in the future, I will now stay far away. And yes, I will be contacting corporate.

I received exceptional service from Take 5. I came in for just an oil change at Take 5 in Loganville, but thanks to Tommy and his phenomenal team, I ended up getting even more done! They took care of my air conditioner filter change, engine intake air filter change, and tire pressure service, all at an excellent price. The whole experience was seamless and professional!
Tommy was the star of the show, providing outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive to my needs, ensuring everything was taken care of at an excellent price. Tommy’s professionalism and attention to detail were truly top-notch, and I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire visit.
Because of Tommy and the wonderful team at Take 5, I am now a customer for life. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and great care!
