Can a review come with zero stars! Because mine does. 2022-I had a transmission issue with my car. Took it to this company paid over three grand to get a "rebuild" with a warranty. Fast forward to two weeks ago, same problem. Got a "rebuild" transmission on a warranty and was charge over $700 to get it back the same way I brought it in. Took it to another transmission company and sadly they said its a transmission problem, don't drive it or the engine will blow and they don't know what was "rebuilt"!!! Horribly experience and lost lots of money. And still have a broken down transmission vehicle. Taken advantage of and please read the underlining to that!!!

I’ve had Tom @ TNT service my wife’s vans. One van had an issue and he told me to have my mechanic address the issue and see if it cleared the transmission issue. Did it and it fixed it. My 93 Chevy K2500 4L80 was acting crazy so I had him look at it. He checked and diagnosed it for a month even did some extra. He finally said that it was something electrical because it was kicking codes and he fixed one and another would appear. If we fix the electrical he could determine if it was actually mechanical. I replaced the 30 year old distributor and it fixed the issue.

I read the reviews. He might be good on old transmissions. Do not take him anything that's new or difficult to chase down he will give u the run-around and come with every excuse on how busy he is but he is always going out of town..do not use a cash only transmission guy poor on communication .he did not help us at all and still shared a shop rate ..will never do business with him again .do not waste it time or money he sure doesn't mind wasting yoursService: Transmission

I highly recommend TNT for any transmission needs. Tom is very knowledgeable. He was wonderful throughout the whole process of having my car repaired. He even got my vehicle repaired in half the time he originally stated. His prices are also very reasonable.Service: Transmission

I can't say enough great things about Tom, the owner of TNT. He took such good care of my 2008 Chevy Impala. I was charged very reasonably and he kept me informed of his progress all the way through. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood the process. It is refreshing to know there are still people with integrity in this world. Thank you Tom for taking such good care of me. P.S. Would give 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to help out a stranded person. Other shops tried to charge over 8k to fix the problem. They found it was not the transmission and had the car up and running in a couple days where other shops tried to take advantage of the situation. Highly recommend!!Service: Transmission

Tom is amazing! We were stranded and had the car towed initially to a dealership. The dealership was dishonest and never even looked at our car, holding us up for a week, And at the same time tried to charge 8 grand for something that wasn't even wrong! Tom came to the rescue and properly diagnosed our car at more than a fraction of what was quoted and correctly fixed our problem. Got us back on track so fast! Kind and accommodating.
