Had a really bad experience the lady working only speaks Spanish and no English, she is very aggressive shouting no English. I bought 16 coins from their coins machine I placed in the washer machine and the machine malfunctioned took only 14 I tried explaining she got aggressive. I put another coin to demonstrate to her and also try google translate she started screaming in her language and calling me names. A lady had to put the extra coin because she was adamant not to. Customer service is poor. They need to have someone bilingual who can be of assistance not only to people speaking Spanish.washer doesn’t even wash clean

There's a really ridiculous woman who works here at this laundromat. I don't know her name but she is a little fat and has short Chinese hair. I don't understand why he works there if he doesn't like talking to people. I watched when he was yelling at a lady in front of other people. How disgusting indeed. If you don't like serving people, why did you look for a job there??? I think this woman is going to make customers not even return to this place. How ugly that looked. I hope the manager tells her something because she really went too far and you don't do that to people who visit your store or company.There is a ridiculous lady that works here. I don't know what her name is but she's a bit on the chuncky side and has curly hair. I really don't understand why she works here if she doesn't like helping within the store. I saw when she started screaming at this lady and was being straight up rude!!! That's disgusting. I don't know why this lady works there If she can't even provide basic customer service. It's embarrassing because I think this lady is going to make people not want to ever return. I truly hope the manager of this place starts hiring better and much helpful people because it's a shame that customers get treated like that! That was just sad and ridiculous witnessing that.

Extremely expensive. It’s hard to communicate with the people who work there (most don’t speak English). After my wash was completed, I asked (illustrated) if I had time to dry the clothes. The answer was yes; however, before they were dry, they said they were closing. Left with wet clothes AFTER paying $6.25! Nice place IF you go early.

The heavy duty machine did not spin out the water which meant l had to spend more money on drying. When brought to the attention of the attendant it was met with an accusation that it was my fault. I also advised that there was water on the floor posing a slip hazzard . Again no action was taken.

Laundry mat is super clean and well cared for. Recommend upgrading to card reader or app purchases. However, I still come here and recommend this place over the others.

This is the second time that I've used this laundromat but I never had to use the bathroom before. It's a great laundromat except for the fact that it's a male and female bathroom and it has no toilet seat. Come on now , this is totally unacceptable you need a toilet seat for a toilet.. ‼‼‼

This place was clean not too busy everybody here with friendly but I wish the dryers would get a little bit hotter than what they did
