This location is a total rip off!
The garage unit door fell on my arm. The manager thinks that’s Normal and is now asking me to pay an added insurance fee that I did not request. Why would I pay insurance when your unit door was faulty your company did nothing about it and now I will be calling their corporate office and a lawyer to take legal action. And don’t waste your time talking to the “manager here” hes not concerned with anything except pretending he cares.
Gonna have my arm checked bc I know the way it fell on my I was fractured and I will be submitting that report to my lawyer as well.
Told him my unit is inferred with spiders and he thinks that’s normal too and then says you peer $91 - give me a break. The salty UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER JUST RAISED MY UNIT COST BC I COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM. Calling a lawyer and getting my stuff out by months end definitely gonna sue this place.

The office manager Mr. Delroy is so helpful from move in until current date, gated and property is well kept.
** The only issue I have is as a business owner of a food truck is not having 24 hr acess to my business vehicle. I would highly suggest the company consider 24hr access for business owners. Price is fair and conveniently located behind race track
***Mr. Delroy is the main reason we're still here.
