Repair seems fine. However, it took 3 months and the communication was terrible. To top it off, the inside of my truck was covered in dust when I finally got it back.
A couple weeks later, open the hood and the entire engine bay is full grey dust too. I’m sure sucking in all that dust is good for the truck. These folks suck. I wish I could give a zero star review.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Sky did an AWESOME job on my car. I smile every time I look at it. They went above & beyond my expectations. Had frequent updates, delivered on time and friendly service. I have referred a friend. Thanks guys!

I thought I would've gotten more updates on the progress of my vehicle. I had to reach out to get the estimated completion date, even when it changed. However, they are very accessible, and Ashley is great to deal with. She was very pleasant every time I spoke with her and answered all my questions promptly. I was happy with the work performed on my vehicle.

This place is a nightmare. Do not being your car here. They are unorganized, the lady answering the phone doesn't know what she's doing. One person tells you one thing and another tells you something else. They are scammers. Run from this place.

I am changing my review because Joshua was able to resolve the issues I was having with the financial part. I will have to say that Ashley is not competent to do her job and caused the big mess in the first place. Just pay attention to everything while dealing with her.

Do NOT allow your vehicle to be taken to this place. They somehow made it to Allstate's "preferred bodyshop" list, and we made the mistake of choosing them to repair our Honda Odyssey.
The vehicle was supposed to be ready by June 1. Today is June 24, and they still can't tell me when the car will be ready. Best part? The reason for the latest delay is because RATS GOT INTO THE CAR AND ATE MY SEATS!
Today when I asked what my options were, I was told I could keep on waiting, or I could come pick up my rat infested car.
Do not bring your car here.

Got an estimate from Billy who gave the highest estimate of all my estimates. He was giving me estimates on things I did not ask for. Customers make sure you get more than one or two auto body estimates before making your choice.

I’m warning you to not take your car here for any repairs. After receiving a call from Ashely to which has great customer service she advise that we had a bill for towing in the amount of $1000. My husband and I was astonished and had concerns of why the bill was so much from a 2 mile radius. We then drove to the shop to speak with the owner Josh, who then advise he has nothing to do with the amount they only pay the bill from Witlock Towing. We then ask if we could all get on the call to see if there was an error on their part. Josh stated that isn’t something that they do and we would need to go to the towing facility ourself. He also advise that he doubts we get our money back but would only charge us $900 and told my husband to calm down or he would raise the price back to the amount it should . He stated it’s Monday and to early for us to be upset about this. I couldn’t believe that someone would say this to a customer. When then drove to Witlock towing to find out it was an error on their end, we then went back to Sky Collision to pay the balance with no apologies or empathy regarding the issue. We then issued a requested for AAA to pick up our car from that place to be dropped off at another Collision facility because there was no way we were having repairs done there plus seeing all the bad reviews HECK NO! After speaking with AAA they advised how rude the workers were. He stated in his words “After asking if they could move a vehicle so that I could get yours they told me it wasn’t there problem and to not hit any vehicles that’s parked”. Again me and my husband wasn’t surprised but THANK GOD! That we made the right decision to get our car far far away from that place. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I hate bad customer service and people that only seems to only care about money and not the customer.
All I can say is that we stood on BUSINESS! Don’t play with us and my money period!

I will recommend this company to everyone. They take their time and, make sure everything is like ots suppose to be. But let me warn you know if you have Geico insurance you have to stay on your insurance to do their part because they are slow and love to slack off or change adjustors and not let you know

Trust when I tell you our experiences in Walton/Gwinnett/Dekalb County and our cars ? My son and I have had 5 accidents, three totaled, NONE our faults, but ONE thing has remained the same, SKY COLLISON being the only place to touch our cars.Today I picked up PETTIE, and she looks AMAZING.
