Outstanding experience and service!! After a car vs. mailbox situation, we found Shields through a thorough google search. After reading all of the raving reviews, we decided this was our guy. From the moment Richie met us, he was cordial, upfront, honest and friendly. Richie and his team are top notch! Excellent communication during the entire process, superb repair skills and outstanding customer service. A true man and business of integrity. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY recommend Shields for anyone looking for auto repair and/or maintenance. Thank you Richie!

My car had an oil leak after well over a month my car was supposedly ready for pickup. I paid almost $1500 for the leak and picked up my car and not even a week later my car broke down on the side of the road on the way to the store. I took it back to this same shop and was told I needed new coils and spark plugs. Paid almost $600 for this problem. Got my car back and a month later what do you know I have the same oil leak!!!! Called Richie and his response was “I fixed one oil leak so it maybe another one.” ARE YOU SERIOUS! Of course I didn’t want to take the car back to him just for him to act like it’s a totally different oil leak just to pay another $1500. I do plan to take this to court because I paid almost $1500 for nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Richie did a great job on fixing my Toyota Corolla’s dent that was looking bad. He is very honest and professional and completed the work on a timely manner. Definitely recommend him for any auto repair!

My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Shields multiple times now, and I’ve gotta say that the work and customer service that Richie and his crew provide is top notch. It’s hard to find good mechanics that are honest and take pride in their work. He truly gets to know his customers and works hard for them. 5 stars all day for Shields Collision!
