LEAVING NEW REVIEW FOR Aug. 2024
I previously left the review below. This is a new review for new/ recent services. I was unable to locate an option to leave a second one. I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Rosebud. They go above and beyond with everything. Top notch customer service! The work they do there is amazing! My truck looks brand new again! Lastly, Joey is amazing! He makes the process as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier!
Great work, friendly and professional people. Stayed in contact with me through completion. Everything looks great, so far zero complaints.

If I had to bring my vehicle to any repair shop it would be Rosebud I would recommend Rosebud to my family and friends they do a great job in an adequate amount of time.

Not a real mechanic shop!!!!! waited a month to get my girlfriend's car back from them only for the sales guy to try and say he didn't have her other key after about 5 mins of searching he came back with our key and said he found it I wish I could give this place lower ratings but I can't he also went on to say the car has been fixed abd everything was checked out but when we pulled oit the wheel hub barring started roaring after the guy who gave us our car back said it was good to go and that he even drove completely unprofessional would've took the car back if we still had our rental

Only gave them 4 stars this time. Used them 2 years ago and had the best experience. Customer service was 10/10. This time it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Front desk person has definitely changed. Also, last time I got text updates and phone calls. This time I was calling for updates. Yes I would use them again. They do a great job. Just wasn’t the same experience as before.
