If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would. The passed two months I have seen alot of new faces and the appear to be staffed more then they have been in the passed
.. so tell me why the place is a mess. I stopped in at 930 which from what I heard is shift change.. the store wasn't stocked, wasn't clean. Ghost town. Bathrooms were closed. Guy at register had ear pod in and wasn't paying any mind to anyone but the chick he was flirting with. Went to car and couldn't even throw anything away trash was overflowing. Won't return.

Please explain to your cashiers that by saying "I'll be with you in one moment" sounds more polite than "gibe me a moment" and that if she cannot tell the guests to have a nice day and just toss the bag to them saying nothing isn't appropriate and they shouldn't be working the register if that is the nasty way they treat your guests. I come every single day and have never. Gross eww barf.

Review your policy with "all" employees on how to handle a gas spill at pumps. If you don't have one, establish one and train "all" employees. Start by "immediately" closing off access to areas affected by spill! I stopped at this location yesterday (Friday, 06/14/2024) and pulled into a bay. There were two young ladies standing there. I later establishe that one was the owner of the car next to mine and the other was apparently an employee. When I came out the store my vehicle was filled with the strong smell of gasoline. I quickly realized that the substance on the ground was gasoline. Leaving the bay open to the public could have resulted in a "major catastrophic event", up to and possibly the whole station being damaged or destroyed and most importantly, LOSS OF LIFE! When gas is spilled, a vehicle is a source of ignition due to both the heat from the motor and the heat from the exhaust. There is also the possibility of ignition when the starter and battery is engaged to start the vehicle. Yesterday a "major" incident was averted by the simple grace of God. A simple 5 minute class on handling spills will ensure that employees would have the knowledge and awareness to handle such dangerous situations.

Stopped in today and was happy to see faces I recognize. Store was Inviting and I was able to get in and get my coffee quickly. The Gm Kassie always has a smile on her face and asks how my day is going. Feels like she really cares. Bailey at the register working 2 sometimes 3 register to keep the lines does. I greatly appreciate them and look foward to there smiling faces when I return! Thanks for always giving great guest service.

Dirty parking lot, dirty bathrooms, trash cans, overflowing. Trash on floor inside store. So much trash, there are bees and wasps at every pump
I came here yesterday and these chicken bones were on the ground. They are still here today!!!
I’m not trying to be rude but this Race trac is a mess.
I am not exaggerating. I think they have completely stopped putting receipts in the pumps. You have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt for gas.
We have six company vehicles. I am literally driving to Quiktrip right now to set up the rewards program.

I have had some many encounters with racetrac and love to stop by one if I have a chance. But this branch 234 takes the cake I will never stop at this one again. As an owner of Robinson’s Insulation Company LLC. And have so many invites to help build one. To be treated as if I’m a bum and racial profiling I will never accept to bid on one like this if they hire employees like this. Asked if I could afford something that I’m willing to pay for.The associate name is Brandy. At store 234 wow. Smh.
