Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone....I normally don't take the time to write and post any reviews online however, I felt that my experience with this used car dealership needed to be shared.First and foremost I've purchased several used cars throughout the years, This was the worst experience ever.I purchased my car from R3A Motors in 2018 my whole entire ordeal with this place was stressful. My engine had blown on my previous vehicle and I was about to start a new job in a few days, so I needed a reliable vehicle ASAP.I didn't have much time to shop around. R3A Motors was close to my house so I walked in and selected a vehicle. These people prey on your desperation.I will list the reasons not to do business with these people:1. Your payments will never report to your credit.2. Only one person works in the office the only way to make a payment is in person or over the phone (you must give your credit card number verbally) They dont have anything set up to make payments online.3. Every time you call to make a payment she is never in the office, but still wants to charge you late fees.4. Rude and disrespectful, I experienced being yelled at and cursed, when calling in to make my payments and requesting documents and receipts.5. I've set up appointments to make payments in person after arriving she did not show up. WHILE STILL CHARGING ME LATE FEES.6.When I asked to have my receipts emailed to me, I had to wait several weeks to receive it.7. I have requested early payoff balance and received expired documents with full balance amount.8. Not forthcoming with information, I've requested to speak with an owner several times to express my dissatisfaction with the service and I received the run around.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY
