I miss my Publix pharmacy on 124 in lawrenceville . This one has horrible customer service. Waiting an hour on a Thursday night! I always have to wait even when I call ahead there is a line at the cashier.

I have had decent experiences with this Publix Pharmacy; I left the Snellville Publix Pharmacy because of the negative attitudes of the staff. I absolutely LOVE MARCUS! He is sooo friendly and helpful; he's willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and is incredibly patient. Just in general a great human! Wesley is also pretty helpful whenever I call in about medication refill questions or issues with prescription fills! I can't say I am a big fan of the middle aged lady that works there; she isn't very personable and seems unhappy to be there every time I come in. She seems to have a very passive aggressive personality; just doesn't work well in a customer service position in my opinion. There is another younger, Asian lady, that should probably find a profession that doesn't involve working with people too. When it comes to getting my medications, I've had no issues. When there were delays on medication arrivals, they called me to tell me when they were expected OR told me what replacement meds they had in stock that my provider could change the prescription too. I never have to wait long for refills or med pick ups. The Publix Pharmacy APP is super user friendly too. Will stick with this pharmacy!

I will forever love this Publix Pharmacy. I waited in line for HOURS at CVS across the street for a prescription that was NEEDED that night. After waiting hours, CVS Pharmacy said they were too busy to finish filling prescriptions that night - after I was told by their pharmacist it would be ready. Scrambling, I called the Publix Pharmacy next door and they had it filled in 20 minutes. Forever grateful. This was years ago and this pharmacy has always been 5-Star!

Great service every time. Today was pleasantly surprised that someone there took the time to run my prescription through Good Rx as my insurance did not cover it. Saving me 100$.

I can no longer shop at this location. Groceries are way too expensive to listen to a customer shouting profanities-so loudly from the deli area that it could be heard isles over. I’ll take my $$$ elsewhere.

I wanted to provide some feedback on one of the best employees that you have working at the store. SUNITA is such an amazing human being and she always goes way above and beyond the call of duty. It is such a pleasure coming in there multiple times a week and it makes my day when I get to have the interaction with her that I do. She is a great representation of the Publix brand. I tried to go on the Publix website to find a place to do this but I couldn’t find anything so I figured this was the next best thing. Hoping that store management actually sees this.

I always go to this store since it’s the one closest to my house but today I need to rethink my recommendation since I bought a salad that looked great on top but the lettuce on the bottom was wilted and brown. I guess I need to check the bottom when buying a salad no matter how good the top looks.

The blond girl at the pharmacy was rude and provided the incorrect information about my Solosec customer card. What should have been a two minute pick up turned into a 30 minute+ ordeal. She was also unapologetic and wouldn't even make eye contact when I returned. Wesley on the other hand was helpful. I asked him to please teach the young lady the process so she will not inconvenience anyone else with her misinformation. I will use the Loganville pharmacy going further.
