I had an ancient Phoenix E-Bay purchase tape machine serviced as a walk-in customer.The owner spent a generous amount of time explaining the machine to me, serviced the machine extensively on the spot over 1.5 hr and had me on my way.These guys know their stuff, love their stuff, and are a joy to talk to. High recommendation!
