I needed a new battery installed in my Cadillac SRX today. The battery was a huge challenge to install and should have truly been marked professional install only but it wasn't (it now is). The gentleman took such good care of the situation and did it with fantastic customer service. I appreciate all that was done today to get my battery replaced.

Called Sunday to check about a part for my car. Continually told the girl who answered what part I needed and she continually said it different back to me. Telling me she was saying it correctly. Went to pick it up Monday because Charlie who answered the phone continuously was telling us they did not have the part in stock. The part that was obviously wrong because Charlie wouldn’t listen while on the phone. They actually had the correct part in stock, but because Charlie doesn’t know how to listen to customers my time was wasted. Well when I made a comment about them ordering the wrong part Charlie then began running her mouth saying, “Maybe if I was given the right information on the phone it wouldn’t have been wrong.” Remember she was given the correct information. She just refused to listen! When I confronted her about running her mouth she continued to do so. I asked to speak with the manager who supposedly was not there. Called the district manager and had to leave a message. Went back today to return what I purchased because I do not feel a place that employs such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people should receive a penny from me. Spoke to the manager at that point, but he didn’t seem very interested in doing anything about how rude his employee was! I would LOVE to actually speak to the regional/district manger. My suggestion if you want good service and correct parts go down the street to anywhere but here. Worst service EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. Charlie should find a different profession since she obviously doesn’t understand car parts or how to provide appropriate and respectful customer service. If I were her manager she would be fired.
