Still a few minutes to closing.. I understand it sucks attending customers before closing I been there but closing time is closing time.I got out of my car and the guy clearly rushed to the door and beat me to it.. locked the door in my face and it wasn’t 5pm yet.This small detail means a lot to the customer.I won’t come back here because I can only imagine the type of service I’ll receive here.

Needed an alternator- they wouldn't tell me if they would match the price of a competitor further away (I was competitive pricing) unless I came in. So I drove with a bad alternator, possibly to be stranded, to the store, showed the manager the printout of the competitors price... and was told "oh no, we can't match that."Could Have told me that on the phone, and saved me the trip AND the possibility of losing power in the middle of traffic. No Bueno.Nice people, not great service.

Today i went to NAPA looking to get brake shoes for my trailer. I honestly had limited information on the exact brake shoes i needed. Heather was so much help and was very patient with me. She eventually found what i needed and got them ordered. Thanks again!
