If I could give a no star review, I would. I tried to call the office three different times within a week or two between 8-11:30 or 1:00-5. As I assume they go to lunch between 12 and 1 or sometime around. I was never able to get anyone on the phone and left a message with no call back. I emailed through the website twice, requesting a policy change and never got a call back. I chatted with customer service angent about two weeks ago to cancel my policy as I wasn’t able to get a hold of my agent. They said they would email and send a request in. Then I find out when I called back today that my policy still hasn’t been canceled that I needed canceled on 6/3. This is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of someone when all I wanted was a policy change, and then I cancellation due to never getting a response about the policy change.

Carolyn Freeman in Michael's office is THE best !. She is very knowledgeable about State Farm policies, and is very willing to help you with whatever your insurance needs may be. She can also explain things to you in a way that can help you understand the confusing world of insurance. Michael is very lucky to have her as part of his business. The Michael Hovis agency has been great to me. They’ve done an excellent job explaining the changes in my policy and answer any questions I’ve had that came up clearly. Michael Hovis State Farm has been phenomenal for me and my family. They make us feel safe and secure with our decision to choose them and I recommend them to all my friends and quite frankly I would recommend them to anyone!
