it was our first day here and the end of the day after a Long cross country move she made us feel Welcome and took great care of us. The selection of Matresses was wonderful. My husband wanted firm and i wanted soft and she was able to recommend something we both like . She made sure we went home with a bed

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A 90 YEAR OLD WOMAN DURING A VERY HARD TIME IN HER LIFE!!! When my mother moved to assisted living she purchased a mattress, box springs and frame from this store! When we picked it up they gave us the wrong bed frame. We told them it was wrong and they insisted it was right and loaded it in our car! Mom decided she did not need the back ordered box springs so she canceled it at which time they said they had given us the wrong frame and would deduct the difference from the box springs and credit her card! I told the owner it was their mistake and we should not have to pay for it! I told her to come get it! After a very heated call she said she would refund the whole amount for the box springs and “she hoped I could look myself in the mirror tomorrow”, I said the same to her! Of course she not only DID NOT refund the box springs she didn’t give us a refund at all! We had to drag my mother into the store where she only gave her credit for the difference!!! They didn’t take any responsibility for the mistake they made! A horrible way of doing business! I don’t know about you but if I make a mistake in my job, that’s on me not my customers!!

The woman in the store was extremely helpful and kind made sure I got exactly what I needed for the price I could afford she went above and beyond to help a brother out and would highly recommend their service!

Purchased a mattress with adjustable frame. Karen and staff are wonderful. Got a good deal for my purchase. I did have a small issue with the delivery people, but Mattress choice was all over it and resolved the issue very quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My fiancé and I were in the market for a mattress so we shopped around at several stores in the area. After visiting a few stores we definitely felt like Mattress Choice was the place to buy from, so we went back a 2nd time. Karen walked us through everything and was very informative around what we said our likes and dislikes were. She gave us confidence that we were making the right decision... as its not everyday we spend this kind of $$$! There's a gulf in between Karen's customer service and the next best mattress vendor in town. Believe that, because we visited most of them. Karen treats her customers like customers should be treated, which is honestly what compelled me to write this review. Shop here, you won't regret it.
