If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor ownership skills , and HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t waste your money here. All the natural hair girls, they don’t have ANYTHING for our hair. They care more about money rather customer relationships and doing good business. The owners hide behind management and staff instead of being honest and understanding. They don’t care about your needs . Don’t shop here.

They are very dishonest. I bought a $145 supposedly Brazilian unprocessed human hair multipack from them because I was running out of time to get my hair done for an event. Worst decision ever! The bundle I tested in the store was good. But the stylist and I later found out the other ones were a poor quality synthetic blend. The hair is tangling, looks and feels so synthetic! I am so disappointed. It’s a shame.

I've noticed this beauty suppy on numerous occasions, but it never appeared to be open. Decided to drive by today (Sunday afternoon) and they were open. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was not going to be my usual beauty supply experience. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement from the two girls behind the counter. Did not ask if they could help me find anything. I wandered around until I found what I was looking for. Once at the counter to pay, still no greeting. Rang me up, told me my total, and said your receipt is in the bag. Not even a thank you. Come on ladies. Basic customer service really goes a long way. I read that this is a women owned shop, which I thought was pretty cool. That's not enough to make me return, however. A greeting, a thank you and a smile goes a long way.

Came in for braiding hair, I was charged $65 for hair; there was no price above the hair or labeled. After paying for it I came to my senses and immediately turned back around and I asked the lady since I was literally just in the store not even 15 minutes ago if I could get a refund and she refused. Horrible customer service and overcharging prices. I will NOT be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. The 2 girls behind the counter were the definition of rude. Granted they didn’t have the product I wanted(TGIN), I would have come back because it is close by. Customer service goes a long way and when I say “hey how are you” and get met with dead silence and stares it makes no sense. Will not be visiting this business again.

The girl behind the counter was soooo rude to my 13 year daughter I will NEVER return here again I own a salon in the area and I will let my clients know not to go here as well. Be very care how you talk to people children before you bite off more than you a chew!!
